Reference_reference_programme_aids:SA.41471 (2015/X) _public:Article 25 of Commission Regulation (EC) No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain categories of aid compatible with the internal market in the application of Article 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ(OJ LEU L 187/1, 26.06.2014).The project aims to develop a system for advanced planning and time frame for production (APS), which will allow for faster implementation of the system and generation of plans that will enable businesses to reduce the consumption of raw materials and energy and increase the productivity of the line as compared to those provided by the APS existing on the market, thanks to the application of the Artificial Intelligence methodology to the mining of data collected on an ongoing basis from the production line and the generation of production plan and schedule.The system will use a hybrid cloud solution that will enable a system that requires a high level of safety and rapid, reliable communication with a production line on the resources of the local manufacturing companies and tasks requiring large computing power exceeding the capabilities of local servers, on the commercial resources of the cloud.This will allow limiting the cost of implementing the system and shortening the time for the delivery of the plan and production schedule by the system.The project responds to market demand from SMEs for production planning systems with limited implementation costs and high efficiency planning in incomplete information on the use of resources during production operations and the actual time of their implementation. Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.41471(2015/X) Przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. Urz. UE L 187/1 z 26.06.2014). Projekt ma na celu opracowanie systemu zaawansowanego planowania i harmonogramowania produkcji (APS), który dzięki zastosowaniu metod sztucznej inteligencji do eksploracji danych zbieranych na bieżąco z linii produkcyjnej oraz podczas generacji planu i harmonogramu produkcji, umożliwi szybsze wdrożenie systemu oraz generację planów, które zapewnią przedsiębiorcy zmniejszenie zużycia surowców i energii oraz zwiększenie produktywności linii w porównaniu do planów dostarczanych przez systemy APS istniejące na rynku. System będzie wykorzystywał hybrydowe rozwiązanie chmurowe, które pozwoli realizować zadania systemu wymagające podwyższonego bezpieczeństwa i szybkiej, niezawodnej komunikacji z linią produkcyjną na zasobach lokalnych przedsiębiorstwa produkcyjnego a zadania wymagające dużych mocy obliczeniowych, przekraczających możliwości lokalnych serwerów, na zasobach komercyjnego środowiska chmurowego. Pozwoli to ograniczenie kosztu wdrożenia systemu oraz skróci czas dostarczenia planu i harmonogramu produkcji przez system. Projekt stanowi odpowiedź na zapotrzebowanie rynkowe ze strony firm MŚP na systemy planowania produkcji o ograniczonych kosztach wdrożenia i wysokiej efektywności planowania w warunkach niepełnej informacji o zużyciu zasobów w trakcie realizowania operacji produkcyjnych i rzeczywistym czasie ich realizacji.
