Reference_reference_programme_aids:SA.41471 (2015/X) _public:Article 25 of Commission Regulation (EC) No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain categories of aid compatible with the internal market in the application of Article 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ(OJ LEU L 187/1, 26.06.2014).The project focuses on industrial research and development leading to the development of a new high quality food line, i.e. intended for consumption immediately after heating.A key innovation in the project will be products — soups and second type kits, for which high quality is understood by fulfilling three criteria:— nutritional — through the minimisation of raw materials, appropriate heat treatment and proper storage, in order to maintain nutrients and beneficial substances, — health‘Clean label’) — through the maximum use of natural resources, the reduction of additives and ingredients with negative nutritional parameters and potential allergens, the ecological focus on the use of nutritious raw materials and intermediate products, which are production residues from other technological steps, increasing the value of the food (for example, a post-production chain, extracts including, for example, fibre, anti-oxidants).The main purpose of the project is to develop product technologies and prescriptions within a period of 12 months and optimise production processes and practices (know-how) in order to produce the new line of ready meals and place them on the market in an appropriate form which is attractive for the final consumer. Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.41471(2015/X) Przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. Urz. UE L 187/1 z 26.06.2014). Przedmiotem projektu są badania przemysłowe i prace rozwojowe prowadzące do opracowania nowej linii dań gotowych wysokiej jakości, tj. przeznaczonych do spożycia bezpośrednio po podgrzaniu. Kluczową innowacją w projekcie będą produkty - zupy i zestawy typu drugie danie, dla których wysoka jakość rozumiana jest poprzez spełnienie trzech kryteriów: - odżywczych - dzięki minimalnemu przetworzeniu surowców, właściwej ich obróbce termicznej i prawidłowemu przechowywaniu, w celu zachowania składników odżywczych i korzystnych substancji bioaktywnych, - prozdrowotnych (tzw. "czysta etykieta") - poprzez maksymalne wykorzystanie naturalnych surowców, ograniczenie dodatków i składników o niekorzystnych parametrach odżywczych oraz potencjalnych alergenów, - proekologicznych - wykorzystanie pełnowartościowych surowców i półproduktów, stanowiących pozostałości poprodukcyjne z innych etapów technologicznych, podnoszących walory żywności (np. wywary poprodukcyjne, ekstrakty zawierające np. błonnik, antyoksydanty). Celem głównym projektu jest opracowanie w okresie 12 miesięcy technologii i receptur produktowych oraz optymalizacja procesów i praktyk produkcyjnych (know-how) pozwalających wdrożyć do produkcji nową linię dań gotowych i wprowadzić je na rynek w odpowiedniej formie, atrakcyjnej dla finalnego konsumenta.
