Reference_reference_programme_aids:SA.41471 (2015/X) _public:Article 25 of Commission Regulation (EC) No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain categories of aid compatible with the internal market in the application of Article 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ(OJ LEU L 187/1, 26.06.2014).“Informer Med” has been prepared by Informer Med to develop the concept of bioassays (no further tests or indicators) in order to be able to read and archive the effectiveness of sterilisation processes together with the method of reading and archiving. The arrangements to be put in place will allow for:• shortening the incubation time to max 50 min,• the repeated use of medical equipment within one working day,• protecting patients and medical professionals from infection,• reducing the number of hospital infections and the hospitalisation costs of the infected persons,• the development of an effective method of archiving the results of controls of sterilisation processes,• a reduction in the size of the tests by 30 %,• ensuring flexibility in the use of tests in various types of incubation apparatus,• a reduction in the quantity of materials used for the production of tests by 30 %,• a reduction in the amount of waste to be treated and processed by 30 %,• a reduction in the price of the tests by 28 %.The project will carry out a number of research and development (R & D) activities on:• the development of optimal environmental conditions, including temperature, pH, etc., for the conduct of the reaction, i.e. breeding, enzymatic and ATP, detecting bacteria in relation to the optimal conditions for the growth of the micro-organism group,• the selection of suitable medium for the immobilisation of bacteria — spores of Gebacillus astarothermophilus — for the biological sterilisation indicators and the various sterilisation methods, i.e. steam and plasma,• the selection of the optimal promoter of the sprouting of spores and the determination of the durability of the resulting indicators. Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.41471(2015/X) Przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. Urz. UE L 187/1 z 26.06.2014). 50 min., • wielokrotne wykorzystanie sprzętu medycznego w ciągu jednego dnia roboczego, • zabezpieczenie pacjentów i personelu medycznego przed zakażeniem, • redukcję ilości zakażeń szpitalnych oraz kosztów hospitalizacji osób zarażonych, • opracowanie efektywnej metody archiwizacji wyników kontroli procesów sterylizacji, • zmniejszenie rozmiaru testów o 30%, • zapewnienie elastyczności w stosowaniu testów w różnego typu aparatach inkubacyjnych, • redukcję ilości materiałów stosowanych do produkcji testów o 30%, • redukcję ilości odpadów do utylizacji i przetwarzania o 30%, • obniżenie ceny testów o 28%. W ramach projektu realizowanych będzie szereg prac badawczo-rozwojowych w zakresie: • opracowania optymalnych warunków środowiskowych m.in. temperatury, pH itp., dla przebiegu reakcji, tj. hodowlanej, enzymatycznej i poprzez oznaczanie ATP, wykrywającej bakterie w odniesieniu do optymalnych warunków wzrostu wskaźnikowej grupy drobnoustrojów, • doboru odpowiedniego nośnika do immobilizacji bakterii – przetrwalników Geobacillus stearothermophilus - dla poszczególnych wariantów biologicznych wskaźników sterylizacji i różnych metod sterylizacji, tj. parą wodną oraz plazmą, • doboru optymalnego stymulatora kiełkowania przetrwalników i określenia trwałości wytworzonych wskaźników (Polish)
