The aim of the project is to develop two new mechanical security models — the bolt seals in high security seals and plastic and metal seals — resistant to publicly available chemicals and having a visual function of the closure.At present, there is a risk that there are no visible signs of tampering on the market.This is because:1) the printing (number, barcode) can be printed on the plastic and can be removed with the outer layer of material, e.g. with the help of the chemical agents available on the market.This allows the numbering of the security to be manipulated by unauthorised persons;(2) the mechanical safeguards currently available on the market do not have a visual indication of the correctness of the sealing of the seal and there is a risk that the delivery will reach its final destination in an disturbed condition, for example by opening an incorrectly closed seal, to the extraction of goods by unauthorised persons and to the closure of goods.Therefore, in this project, the applicant plans to develop two new mechanical security models (bolt seals in the High Security class and a plastic seal seal), characterised by:(1) the high durability of the printing on the material (wear resistance to hand, mechanical and abrasion against the public chemicals);(2) the visual function of the seal of correctness.Achieving the expected results of the project will lead to a significant competitive advantage and ensure the safety of cargo for the target audience.Implementation of the applicant’s solution will make it more difficult to counterfeit the securities and to manipulate the load at the time of delivery.The project is carried out by Sim & amp; salamon Sp. z o.o. — a manufacturer of seals of more than 25 years (English)

    Celem projektu jest opracowanie dwóch nowych modeli zabezpieczeń mechanicznych - plomby bolcowej w klasie plomb High Security oraz plomby plastikowo-metalowej - odpornych na ogólnodostępne środki chemiczne oraz posiadające funkcję wizualnego indykatora poprawności zamknięcia. Obecnie istnieje ryzyko manipulowania dostępnymi na rynku rodzajami plomb bez widocznych śladów uszkodzenia. Wynika to z faktu iż: 1) nadruk (numer, kod kreskowy) dokonywany na tworzywie może być nietrwały i możliwy do usunięcia wraz z wierzchnią warstwa tworzywa np. przy pomocy dostępnych na rynku środków chemicznych. Umożliwia to manipulację przy numeracji zabezpieczeń osobom nieuprawnionym; 2) zabezpieczenia mechaniczne aktualnie dostępne na rynku nie posiadają wizualnego indykatora poprawności zamknięcia plomby, przez co istnieje ryzyko, że dostawa dotrze do miejsca docelowego w stanie naruszonym np. poprzez otwarcie niewłaściwie zamkniętej plomby, wyciągniecie towarów przez osoby nieuprawnione oraz ponowne jej zamknięcie. W związku z powyższym Wnioskodawca w ramach niniejszego projektu planuje opracować dwa nowe modele zabezpieczeń mechanicznych (plombę bolcową w klasie High Security oraz plombę plastikowo-metalową), charakteryzujące się: 1) wysoką trwałością nadruku na materiale (odporność na ścieranie ręczne, mechaniczne oraz ścieranie ogólnodostępnymi środkami chemicznymi); 2) funkcją wizualnego indykatora poprawności zamknięcia. Osiągnięcie założonych rezultatów projektu pozwoli uzyskać znaczącą przewagę względem konkurencji oraz zapewni odbiorcom docelowym bezpieczeństwo ich ładunków. Implementacja rozwiązania Wnioskodawcy utrudni podrabianie zabezpieczeń oraz manipulację ładunkiem w czasie dostawy. Projekt realizowany jest przez firmę Silny&Salamon Sp. z o.o. - producenta plomb z ponad 25-letnim (Polish)
