Reference_reference_programme_aids:SA.41471 (2015/X) _public:Article 25 of Commission Regulation (EC) No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain categories of aid compatible with the internal market in the application of Article 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ(OJ LEU L 187/1, 26.06.2014).Within the framework of this project, the applicant wishes to expand the knowledge and skills of the 2D/3D study area and develop an innovative prototype of a sorting machine with the use of a three-dimensional analysis technology in order to further explore the sorted sites while minimising the detection of false detection.The sorting machine will sort the bulk products, vegetables and fruits, both fresh and frozen, pellet, gel capsules, etc.The sorting criterion may be colour, shape, volume and adequately defined defects of the graded product.The project will provide a prototype for a sorting machine with a faster and cheaper 30 % than the Sorter of competing companies.The applicant is well established in the market for video systems and the implementation of a label that incorporates the elements of a visit will allow to enter the new market.The food industry is the main market for a sorting machine, but the Applicant recognises the possibility of using a sorter also in the pharmaceutical industry and in the manufacture of plastics.It is also planned to expand to neighbouring countries in Central and Eastern Europe.The project will result in:1. acquire knowledge and technology for food quality control video, 2. expand the commercial offer for a new and innovative product in the form of a sorting machine. Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.41471(2015/X) Przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. Urz. UE L 187/1 z 26.06.2014). W ramach niniejszego projektu, Wnioskodawca pragnie poszerzyć wiedzę i umiejętności z obszaru detekcji wizyjnej 2D/3D oraz opracować innowacyjny prototyp maszyny sortującej, stosującej technologię analizy trójwymiarowej, w celu dokładniejszego zbadania sortowanych obiektów z jednoczesnym zminimalizowaniem fałszywych detekcji. Maszyna sortująca będzie sortowała produkty sypkie, warzywa i owoce, zarówno świeże, jak i mrożone, granulat, kapsułki żelowe itp. Kryterium sortowania może być kolor, kształt, objętość oraz odpowiednio zdefiniowane wady produktu sortowanego. Realizacja projektu zapewni powstanie prototypu maszyny sortującej szybszego oraz tańszego o około 30%, niż sortery firm konkurencyjnych. Wnioskodawca ma ugruntowaną pozycję na rynku systemów wizyjnych, a wdrożenie sortera, który zawiera w sobie elementy kontroli wizyjnej, pozwoli na wkroczenie na nowy rynek. Głównym rynkiem dla maszyny sortującej jest przemysł spożywczy, ale Wnioskodawca dostrzega możliwość zastosowania sortera również w przemyśle farmaceutycznym oraz przetwórstwie tworzyw sztucznych. Planowana jest również ekspansja na sąsiednie kraje w Europie Środkowej i Wschodniej. Rezultatem projektu będzie: 1. zdobycie wiedzy i technologii w zakresie wizyjnej kontroli jakości produktów żywnościowych, 2. poszerzenie oferty handlowej o nowy, innowacyjny produkt w postaci maszyny sortującej.
