Reference_reference_programme_aids:SA.41471 (2015/X) _public:Article 25 of Commission Regulation (EC) No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain categories of aid compatible with the internal market in the application of Article 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ(OJ LEU L 187/1, 26.06.2014).The project plans to carry out research in order to create a production process for the wall support of the new structure.The aim is to ensure that the technological process is automated, concise, more efficient, size, more cost-effective and more product quality.The supports shall be stable, aesthetically, effectively protected against corrosion, free from internal stress leading to the hanging, wing, expansion of the shoulder ends.The starting point for automation of the process is the new support structure developed by the MFO to remove welding and galvanising operations from the technology.Current production processes are ‘craft’, using cost and time consuming welding and galvanising operations which affect the quality of products and the environment.The objectives of the project will be achieved through industrial research (Phase I) including:the development of a pre-multi-constructive concept for the production of consoles (computer simulation execution, numerical models and calculations for verification of consoles tested and for optimal selection), testing of material ownership of the strength and content of consoles and selection of an optimal type of steel, as well as the design of the process, the design of the technology and the concept of the author line for the production of consol. Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.41471(2015/X) Przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. Urz. UE L 187/1 z 26.06.2014). W ramach projektu planuje się przeprowadzenie badań w celu stworzenia procesu produkcji wsporników ściennych o nowej konstrukcji. Celem jest, by proces technologiczny był zautomatyzowany, skrócony, wydajniejszy, wielkoseryjny, bardziej opłacalny oraz by nastąpiło podniesienie jakości produktów. Wsporniki powinny być trwałe, estetyczne, skutecznie zabezpieczone antykorozyjnie, wolne od naprężeń wewnętrznych powodujących wichrowanie, skrzywianie, rozszerzanie końców ramion. Punktem wyjścia dla automatyzacji procesu jest nowa konstrukcja wspornika opracowana przez MFO, pozwalająca na eliminację z technologii operacji spawania i cynkowania. Obecne procesy produkcji wsporników odbywają się w sposób „rzemieślniczy”, z wykorzystaniem koszto i czasochłonnych operacji spawania i cynkowania, wpływających negatywnie na jakość produktów i środowisko naturalne. Cele projektu zostaną osiągnięte przez badania przemysłowe (I etap) obejmujące: opracowanie wstępnej wielowariantowej koncepcji wytwarzania konsol (wykonanie symulacji komputerowych, modeli numerycznych oraz obliczeń dla weryfikacji badanych koncepcji konsoli oraz dla wyboru optymalnej), badanie własności materiałów pod kątem właściwości wytrzymałościowych i użytkowych konsol i wybór optymalnego typu stali, jak i opracowanie koncepcji przebiegu procesu, projektu technologii i koncepcji autorskiej linii do produkcji konsol.
