The project aims to carry out comprehensive industrial research and development work in order to develop new magistral formations and technologies of production of unique European functional food with targeted health properties.The direct result of the project will be to develop and introduce for the sale of liquid and semi-liquid fruit and vegetable products on the basis of low known vegetable and fruit species with added herbs and seeds, with strong anti-oxidative properties recommended for disease with a naturally available disease, and in preventing and treating non-communicable chronic diseases (other diseases as diseases), the main objective will be achieved through the following specific objectives:To increase the company’s knowledge of raising the quality of food products of vegetable origin & ll;selecting the most advantageous raw materials for functional food for the production of foods with desirable health benefits, with a reduction of their losses in the production process, i.e. in areas deemed to be a priority in the development of Polish science and economy, testing and designation of raw materials for health properties, taking into account the sensory attractiveness for the consumer — development of a formula in the laboratory scale, scaling up of technology to a higher scale — start-up of the manufacture of pilot grey within the planned work, development of NG_ref_prog._aid:SA.41471 (2015/X) _public:Article 25 of Commission Regulation (EC) No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain categories of aid compatible with the internal market in the application of Article 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ(OJ LEU L 187/1, 26.06.2014).     Przedmiotem projektu jest przeprowadzenie kompleksowych badań przemysłowych oraz prac rozwojowych w celu opracowania nowych składów recepturowych oraz technologii produkcji unikalnej w skali europejskiej żywności funkcjonalnej o ukierunkowanych właściwościach prozdrowotnych. Bezpośrednim rezultatem projektu będzie opracowanie i wprowadzenie do sprzedaży płynnych i półpłynnych produktów warzywno-owocowych, na bazie mało znanych gatunków warzyw i owoców z dodatkiem ziół i nasion, o silnych właściwościach przeciwutleniających polecanych w stanach chorobowych o podłożu wolnorodnikowym oraz w zapobieganiu i leczeniu niezakaźnych chorób przewlekłych (in. chorób cywilizacyjnych) Cel główny zostanie zrealizowany poprzez następujące cele szczegółowe: - zwiększenie wiedzy przedsiębiorstwa w zakresie podnoszenia jakości produktów spożywczych pochodzenia roślinnego – wytypowanie najkorzystniejszych surowców do uzyskania żywności funkcjonalnej celem produkcji żywności o pożądanych walorach prozdrowotnych wraz z ograniczeniem ich strat w procesie produkcyjnym, tj. w obszarach uznanych za priorytetowe w rozwoju polskiej nauki i gospodarki, - przebadanie i wytypowanie surowców pod kątem własności prozdrowotnych uwzględniając atrakcyjność sensoryczną dla konsumenta - opracowanie formulacji w skali laboratoryjnej, skalowanie technologii do wyższej skali - uruchomienie produkcji szarży pilotowej w ramach zaplanowanych prac rozwoj Nr_ref_prog._pomocowego: SA.41471(2015/X) Przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz.
