Reference_reference_programme_aids:SA.41471 (2015/X) _public:art:25 Commission Regulation No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain categories of aid compatible with the internal market in the application of Article 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ(OJ LEU L 187/1, 26.06.2014).The aim of the project is to develop automated technology for the use of two-directional systems for the use of energy and industrial spinning fans.A method will be developed, technology and device to rely on forced correction of the position of equivalent solids installed in the system.The steering group of the discs located at both ends of the shaft will transmit the centre of gravity of the masses so that the main inertia axis of the rotating system is covered with the axis of rotation of the rotating shaft.It is an innovative system capable of automatically and fully controlled the dynamic position of a rotating device assembly into the minimum (normative) value, where the lifetime of the system in question may increase several times.The system is designed to be used in both newly manufactured fans and in fans that are already in work.An important feature of the system being developed is the ability to assemble a balance of the fan with the fan shaft without removing it, and without dismantling the bearings.Therefore it can also serve an ad hoc balancing of operated fans.The new system will not only extend the viability of fans, but also significantly reduce the loss of forced and/or constrained power blocks over time for ventilation fans.An additional benefit is the possibility to increase the rotational speed of the gas fans with high peaks and low yields in order to increase their energy efficiency and reduce the geometrical dimensions, as well as the use of cheaper propulsion engines.Additive system (English)

    Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.41471(2015/X) Przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art: 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. Urz. UE L 187/1 z 26.06.2014). Celem projektu jest opracowanie technologii automatycznego dwupłaszczyznowego doważania zespołów wirujących wentylatorów energetycznych oraz przemysłowych. Opracowana zostanie metoda, technologia oraz urządzenie, którego działanie ma polegać na wymuszonej korekcji położenia mas doważających zamontowanych w układzie. Zespół obrotowych tarcz umieszczonych na obu końcach wału będzie poprzez wypracowany sygnał z systemu przemieszczał środek ciężkości mas tak, aby główna oś bezwładności układu wirującego pokryła się z osią obrotu wału. Jest to nowatorski system pozwalający w sposób automatyczny i w pełni kontrolowany sprowadzać stan dynamiczny danego zespołu wirującego urządzenia do wartości minimalnej (normatywnej), przy której żywotność danego układu może zwiększyć się nawet kilkukrotnie. System przeznaczony jest do zastosowania zarówno w wentylatorach nowo produkowanych, jak również w wentylatorach już pracujących. Istotną cechą opracowywanego systemu jest możliwość montowania zespołu wyważającego na wale wentylatora bez konieczności jego demontowania, a także bez demontażu łożysk. Dlatego też może również służyć do doraźnego wyważania eksploatowanych wentylatorów. Nowy system nie tylko wydłuży żywotność wentylatorów, ale również w znaczący sposób ograniczy straty związane z przymusowymi odstawieniami lub ograniczeniami mocy bloków energetycznych na czas doważania wentylatorów. Dodatkową korzyścią jest możliwość podniesienia prędkości obrotowej oferowanych wentylatorów spalin o wysokich spiętrzeniach i niskich wydajnościach, co pozwoli na podniesienie ich sprawności energetycznej i zmniejszenie wymiarów geometrycznych, a także stosowanie tańszych silników napędowych.
