Reference_reference_programme_aids:SA.41471 (2015/X) _public:Article 25 of Commission Regulation (EC) No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain categories of aid compatible with the internal market in the application of Article 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ(OJ LEU L 187/1, 26.06.2014).The project consists of a mobile high load carrying capacity of hydraulic powered craft, integrated with transport semi-trailers.As a result of the project, a mobile evacuation and transfer ferry operating a road wheeled road tractor (6 x 6) with high mobility for transport on land.The ferry is used to drive the ferry on water through a hydraulic pump and hydraulic pumps.The hydraulic drive will also be used to assist the semitrailer driving system and to distribute the components of the ferry system.The project will make it possible to achieve a structural solution to a high-load-capacity mobile ferry, as an independent unit, with the necessary essential and special equipment needed for his action in the most difficult (stressed) environment and climatic conditions.A mobile ferry according to the project will apply to:— evacuation from land flooded in the course of flooding of the civilian population and of any kind of property, including:machinery, animals, foodstuffs, etc., practically free of space and weight;Protection of ad hoc rights by waterways in the event of damage to bridges, bridges, etc.;The securing of atypical rescue operations, e.g. to extinguish a bridge;— waterborne transport of high volume and high volume objects in the national economy.The development of a transport technology, evacuation and portability features will apply in the Rapid Reaction Service, and this (English) | |||

Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.41471(2015/X) Przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. Urz. UE L 187/1 z 26.06.2014). Przedmiotem projektu jest mobilny prom ewakuacyjno-przeprawowy wysokiej nośności z napędem hydraulicznym, zintegrowany konstrukcyjnie z naczepą transportową. W wyniku realizacji projektu powstanie mobilny prom ewakuacyjno-przeprawowy, wykorzystujący do transportu na lądzie kołowy ciągnik siodłowy terenowy (6 x 6) wysokiej mobilności. Do napędu promu na wodzie służyć będzie silnik spalinowy promu, napędzający poprzez pompę hydrauliczną i silniki hydrauliczne pędniki strumieniowe. Napęd hydrauliczny wykorzystany również będzie dla wspomagania układu jezdnego naczepy oraz systemu rozkładania elementów promu. Projekt zapewni uzyskanie rozwiązania konstrukcyjnego mobilnego promu ewakuacyjno-przeprawowego wysokiej nośności - jako samodzielnej jednostki, z zabudowanym potrzebnym wyposażeniem podstawowym i specjalnym, pozwalającym na jego działanie w najtrudniejszych (skrajnych) możliwych warunkach terenowych i klimatycznych. Mobilny prom wg projektu będzie miał zastosowanie do: - ewakuacji z terenów zalanych w trakcie powodzi ludności cywilnej oraz wszelkiego rodzaju mienia, w tym: maszyn, zwierząt, środków żywności itp., praktycznie bez ograniczeń dot. potrzebnej powierzchni i masy; - zabezpieczenia doraźnych przepraw przez przeszkody wodne w przypadkach uszkodzenia mostów, kładek itp.; - zabezpieczenia nietypowych akcji ratunkowych, np. do gaszenia palącego się mostu; - transportu wodnego wysokogabarytowych i wysokotonażowych obiektów w gospodarce narodowej. Opracowana technologia transportowania, zabezpieczenia ewakuacji i przepraw znajdzie zastosowanie w służbach szybkiego reagowania, a ta (Polish)
