Celem projektu jest opracowanie nowej technologii druku ink jet na butelkach wykonanych ze szkła, charakterystycznej tym, że: - butelki w trakcie nanoszenia nadruku ustawione są w pozycji pionowej oraz mogą być napełnione, - podczas jednego obrotu butelki w stacji drukującej nanoszona jest warstwa nadruku o maksymalnej wysokości 210mm, - w roli materiału drukującego może występować srebro, - nadruki wielowarstwowe, tworzące na powierzchni butelki teksturę 3D nanoszone są z dużą wydajnością, bez ujemnego wpływu na ich jakość. Wszystkie wskazane powyżej funkcjonalności stanowić będą nowość w skali świata. Na bazie wyników projektu do działalności gospodarczej Dekorglass zostanie wprowadzony nowy proces nanoszenia nadruków w technologii ink jet na butelki szklane, pozwalając na rozpoczęcie świadczenia nowych usług (innowacja produktowa): - nadruk cyfrowy na butelkach ustawionych w pozycji pionowej, - nadruk cyfrowy 3D na butelkach ustawionych w pozycji pionowej, - nadruk cyfrowy srebrem na butelkach ustawionych w pozycji pionowej. Grupami docelowymi, do których kierowana będzie nowa oferta Dekorglass są: - producenci napojów alkoholowych, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem producentów alkoholi klasy premium oraz producentów win musujących i szampana, - producenci kosmetyków, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem producentów perfum. Projekt zakłada realizację dwóch etapów: jednego etapu badań przemysłowych i jednego etapu prac rozwojowych. (Polish)
