Reference_reference_programme_aids:SA.41471 (2015/X) _public:Article 25 of Commission Regulation (EC) No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain categories of aid compatible with the internal market in the application of Article 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ(OJ LEU L 187/1, 26.06.2014).As part of the project PASACO Sp. z o.o., it will develop an innovative adhesive adhesive with the use of nanotechnology. the Applicant’s idea is to use in the formula an adhesive selected in the framework of the work of R & D nanoparticles:nano-fittings, nano-compounds, nano-materials and other nanoparticles for the creation of material with significantly improved properties.The interest of PASACO nanoparticles is due to their specific mechanical, barrier and thermal properties that are significantly better compared to the traditional composites.Scientific literature and the available studies on nanotechnology indicate that, even in the amount of 3-5 %, the addition of nanoparticles to will be sufficient to achieve some of the specific high properties of nano-composites. the nano-glue will be used for the improvement currently made by PASHO’s self-adhesive papers.The objectives of the project will be achieved through the conduct of industrial research and development related to the creation of the nanoslecju (formulation, testing and necessary modifications), a selection of suitable papers and silicone mixtures for use in nanotubes, determination of how to stick, develop improved products, test them and implement prototypes.The project will result in a new formula for glue with a nanomaterial and a significantly improved product:paper and adhesive components in which the clone link between the base paper and the top paper will be improved.     Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.41471(2015/X) Przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. Urz. UE L 187/1 z 26.06.2014). W ramach projektu PASACO Sp. z o.o. dokona opracowania innowacyjnego kleju samoprzylepnego z wykorzystaniem nanotechnologii.Autorska koncepcja Wnioskodawcy zakłada wykorzystanie w recepturze kleju dobranych w ramach prac B+R nanokomponentów: nanonapełniaczy, nanozwiązków proadhezyjnych, nanoprimerów oraz innych nanocząstek,w celu stworzenia materiału o znacząco ulepszonych właściwościach. Zainteresowanie PASACO nanokompozytami wynika z ich specyficznych właściwości mechanicznych, barierowych i termicznych, które są znacznie lepsze w porównaniu do tradycyjnych kompozytów. Literatura naukowa oraz dostępne opracowania o nanotechnologii wskazują, że dodatki nanocząstek nawet w ilości 3-5% wystarczą, by osiągnąć określone wysokie właściwości nanokompozytów.Opracowany nanoklej zostanie wykorzystany do udoskonalenia obecnie wytwarzanych przez PASACO papierów samoprzylepnych. Cele projektu zostaną osiągnięte poprzez przeprowadzenie badań przemysłowych oraz prac rozwojowych związanych ze stworzeniem nanokleju(opracowaniem receptury, jej przetestowaniem i koniecznymi modyfikacjami), doborem odpowiednich papierów i mieszanek silikonowych do zastosowania w wyrobach z nanoklejem, określeniem sposobu sklejania, opracowaniem udoskonalonych produktów, ich przetestowaniem oraz wykonaniem prototypów. Rezultatem realizacji projektu będzie opracowana nowa formuła kleju z nanokomponentami oraz znacząco udoskonalony produkt: papiery i kompozycje samoprzylepne,w których elementem ulepszonym będzie klej łączący papier bazowy z papierem wierzchnim.
