Reference_reference_programme_aids:SA.41471 (2015/X) _public:Article 25 of Commission Regulation (EC) No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain categories of aid compatible with the internal market in the application of Article 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ(OJ LEU L 187/1, 26.06.2014).The project shall provide for an innovative, comprehensive and precise system for dynamic, rapid and automatic measurement of the weight of municipal waste, management and monitoring of municipal waste.It is part of the European Union guidelines and national regulations which require municipalities to control and clear waste by weight from 2017, to produce statistics and to achieve high recycling rates in the following years (70 % in 2020).The project will result in a unique system that will fill the gaps in the current broad demand for this type of solution.The main objective of the project is the design and implementation of this system and the integration with its other components of the hybrid instrument measurement of weight by using algorithms at the same time using strain gauges and innovative method for measuring the pressure of oil in supports.This will be encouraged by the application of accelerometers to maintain the accuracy of the weighing, even though there is no level of levelling of the vehicle.     Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.41471(2015/X) Przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. Urz. UE L 187/1 z 26.06.2014). Przedmiotem projektu jest innowacyjny, kompleksowy i precyzyjny system dynamicznego, szybkiego i automatycznego pomiaru wagi odpadów komunalnych, zarządzania nimi i ich monitoringu. Wpisuje się on w wytyczne Unii Europejskiej i krajowych rozporządzeń, nakazujących gminom od 2017 r. kontrolować i rozliczać odpady wg wagi, prowadzić ich statystyki i w kolejnych latach osiągać duże wskaźniki recyklingu (70% w 2020r.). Rezultatem projektu będzie unikalny system, który wypełni luki w aktualnym szerokim zapotrzebowaniu na tego typu rozwiązania. Głównym celem projektu jest opracowanie i implementacja w tym systemie oraz integracja z jego innymi komponentami hybrydowego pomiaru wagi poprzez zastosowanie algorytmów jednocześnie wykorzystujących pomiar wagi za pomocą tensometrów oraz nowatorskiej metody pomiaru ciśnienia oleju w podnośnikach. Sprzyjać temu będzie zastosowanie akcelerometrów umożliwiających zachowanie dokładności ważenia, mimo braku wypoziomowania pojazdu. (Polish)
