Projekt řeší revitalizaci panelového domu. V rámci realizace bude provedena zejména výměna výplní otvorů, výměna balkónů, revitalizace lodžií a zateplení svislého obvodového a střešního pláště. Cílem projektu je snížení energetické náročnosti, snížení nákladů na bydlení pro jednotlivé domácnosti a zvýšení kvality vnitřního prostředí. Žadatel disponuje vlastními zdroji a má přislíben úvěr. Projekt je kvalitně připraven po technické i organizační stránce. (Czech)
