Projekt řeší snížení energetické náročnosti dvou objektů Obchodní akademie na p.č. 4412 k.ú. České Budějovice. Stará budova je nemovitá kulturní památka zapsaná pod r.č. ÚSKP 03-5731, nová budova se nachází na území ochranného pásma nemovité kulturní památky hradebního systému Českých Budějovic vyhlášeného rozhodnutím OKU ČB č.j. RRR-920/95/411.
