Projekt řeší zateplení obvodových konstrukcí objektu, zateplení střechy, výměnu zbývajících původních dřevěných výplní oken a balkonových dveří, oprava konstrukcí balkónů, rekonstrukce zábradlí a s tím související stavební práce. Místem realizace projektu je Zlínský kraj, město Otrokovice. Cílem projektu je snížení energetické náročnosti celého objektu. Cílovými skupinami jsou obyvatelé bytových domů, majitelé bytových domů a obyvatelé obcí a měst. (Czech)
