Důvodem realizace projektu je nedostatečná kapacita sociálního bydlení v lokalitě pro rodiny s dětmi v nepříznivé sociální situaci a jež jsou v bytové nouzi.K tomuto účelu dojde k rekonstrukci stávajícího objektu parc.č. 23, k.ú. Třeboradice na sociální bydlení se čtyřmi bytovými jednotkami určených k bydlení pro rodiny s dětmi v nepříznivé soc. situaci.Evidujeme min.10 takových osob.Objekt je ve veřejném vlastnictví Městské části Praha- Čakovice a bude provozován Arcidiecézní charitou Praha.
