Cílem projektu je zavedení a realizace procesu plánování dostupnosti sociálních služeb v celém regionu "Nad Prahou", které zahrnuje území SO ORP Neratovice a 25 obcí ORP Brandýs nad Labem - Stará Boleslav. Prostřednictvím metody komunitního plánování chceme vyhodnotit a aktualizovat již existující střednědobý plán rozvoje sociálních služeb v ORP Neratovice a zpracovat podobné plány pro obce v okolí Líbeznic a Odoleny Vody.
