Předmětem projektu je komplex technických a technologických opatření zaměřených na snížení prašnosti, která vzniká při těžbě a dopravě uhelných hmot v lomu Bílina na území Ústeckého kraje. Realizace projektu bude mít pozitivní vliv na životní prostředí v tzv. uhelném regionu, protože povede ke snížení emisí tuhých znečišťujících látek a částic PM10 a PM2,5. (Czech)
