Obec Předklášteří a město Tišnov leží na řece Svratce a je ovlivněno jejími přítoky Besénkem a Loučkou a patří mezi oblasti s potenciálně významným povodňovým rizikem i mezi riziková území při přívalových srážkách v ČR . Cílem projektu je zpracování studie odtokových poměrů včetně návrhů možných protipovodňových opatření v oblastech s potenciálním povodňovým rizikem jako podklad pro následnou realizaci vybraných protipovodňových opatření včetně přírodě blízkých protipovodňových opatření.
