Projekt obejmuje działania związane z rozbudową infrastruktury technicznej Systemu PZGiK - i aplikacyjnej, w tym o nowe moduły do prowadzenia baz danych PZGIK, a także do świadczenia elektronicznych usług publicznych na rzecz klienta Służby Geodezyjnej i Kartograficznej. Zakres planowanych do uruchomienia 5 elektronicznych usług publicznych obejmie takie e-usługi jak obsługa: • zgłoszenia pracy geodezyjnej (rozbudowa i podniesienie dojrzałości do 5 poziomu) • udostępniania materiałów oraz danych PZGiK / geodezyjny sklep internetowy • wniosków o udostępnienie ujawnionych informacji i zmian z rejestru EGiB • autoryzowanego dostępu do bazy danych PZGiK w zakresie EGiB • wniosków rzeczoznawców majątkowych o udostępnienie danych z bazy danych EGiB w zakresie RCiWN. Poza powyższym dostarczony zostanie sprzęt komputerowy: 2 serwery sprzętowe, macierz dyskowa, serwer backup, biblioteka taśmowa, UTM, a także oprogramowanie: systemowe (3), do wirtualizacji (2), bazodanowe (1) i do archiwizacji (3). Kluczowe działania z punktu widzenia cyfryzacji geodezyjnych rejestrów publicznych obejmą: • Modernizację EGiB i aktualizację kartoteki budynków i lokali (obszar 4 gmin), w tym cyfryzację zasobu.(97 tys. dokumentów). Odbiorcami dostarczonych rozwiązań i e-usług będą pracownicy Wnioskodawcy oraz innych organów i jednostek organizacyjnych administracji publicznej, mieszkańcy powiatu ostrowskiego i województwa wielkopolskiego oraz grupy zawodowe prowadzące działalność na terenie powiatu ostrowskiego lub realizujące zadania i zlecenia z zakresu spraw, dla których właściwa do ich prowadzenia jest Służba Geodezyjna i Kartograficzna Powiatu Ostrowskiego. Dotyczy to takich w szczególności taki grup jak: geodeci, komornicy, rzeczoznawcy. Budowany System PZGiK zostanie zintegrowany z systemem FK (Foka). The project includes activities related to the development of the technical infrastructure of the PZGiK System – and application, including new modules for running PZGiK databases, as well as to provide electronic public services to the customer of the Geodesy and Cartographic Service. The scope of 5 electronic public services to be launched will include e-services such as: • reports of geodetic work (development and upgrading of maturity to 5 level) • sharing materials and data PZGiK/geodezowy online store • requests for disclosure of information and changes from the EGiB register • authorised access to the PZGiK database in the scope of EGiB • requests by property experts to share data from the EGiB database in the scope of RCiWN. In addition to the above, computer equipment will be supplied: 2 hardware servers, disk matrix, backup server, tape library, UTM as well as software: system (3), virtualisation (2), database (1) and archiving (3). Key actions from the point of view of digitisation of geodesic public registers will include: • Modernisation of EGiB and updating of buildings and premises (area 4 municipalities), including digitisation of the resource.(97 thousand documents). The recipients of the provided solutions and e-services will be employees of the Applicant and other bodies and organizational units of public administration, residents of the district of Ostrowski and Wielkopolska Voivodeship, as well as professional groups operating in the district of Ostrowski, or fulfilling tasks and orders in matters for which the Geodesy and Cartographic Service of Ostrowski County is responsible for their conduct. This applies in particular to groups such as: surveyors, bailiffs, appraisers. The PZGiK system will be integrated into the FK (Foka) system.
