Zakres projektu obejmuje następujące działania w okresie IX.2017-XII.2018 : Zadanie 1. Utworzenia szkolnegopunktu kariery- efektywny program doradztwa edukacyjno-zawodowego W ramach zadania: -Utworzenie Szkolnego Punktu Kariery - wyposażenie w niezbędny sprzęt multimedialny a także meble oraz materiały dydaktyczne- książki, broszury i programy. -doradztwo indywidualne i grupowe -zatrudnienie na pełny etat doradcy zawodowego 20 godzin dydakt. tygodniowo. Zgodnie z założeniem projektu 240 uczniów, w tym 112 K z Zespołu Szkół Publicznych (ZSP) w tym SP i Gimnazjum w Osinie weźmie udział w zajęciach grupowych oraz po 2 h zajęć indywidualnych z doradcązawodowym. -Organizacja 9 wyjazdów do Parków Przemysłowych dla uczniów obecnych klas IV-VI SP oraz II i III Gimnazjum. -Organizacja 3 spotkań z pracodawcami i przedstawicielami różnych zawodów, nauczycielami szkół zawodowych. Spotkania będą organizowane w szkole. -Zawodowe walentynki - We wrześniu 2017 nauczyciel wspólnie z rodzicami wybierze zawód, który każda klasa GIM i obecne klasy IV-VI SP zaprezentuje 09 lutego 2018. Każda klasa w swojej Sali prezentuje wszystko co związane jest z tym zawodem ( informacje, występ artystyczny, poczęstunek, warsztaty, rozmowy z przedstawicielami tego zawodu, pogadanki, itp.) Impreza odbywa się po południu, również dla wszystkich mieszkańców Gminy Osina. Na koniec wybór przez komisje w składzie Wójt, Kierownik projektu oraz przewodniczący Rady Rodziców trzech najlepszych prezentacji-przyznanie nagród. Zadanie 2.Doskonalenie umiejętności i kompetencji zawodowych nauczycieli. Dwa szkolenia dotyczące pracy z uczniem ze specjalnymi potrzebami edukacyjnymi. Każde szkolenie jednodniowe, 6-godzinne, dla całej Rady Pedagogicznej – 35 osób. 29 K i 6M Przygotowanie nauczycieli do prowadzenia procesu indywidualizacji pracy z ucz. ze specjalnymi potrzebami edukacyjnymi, w tym wsparcia ucznia młodszego, rozpoznawania potrzeb rozwojowych, edukacyjnych i możliwości psychofizycznych ucz. The scope of the project covers the following activities during the period IX.2017-XII.2018: Task 1. Setting up a school career point- an effective educational and vocational advisory program As part of the task: —Creation of the Educational Career Point – equipment with necessary multimedia equipment as well as furniture and teaching materials – books, brochures and programs. —individual and group advice – full-time employment of a professional adviser 20 hours of teaching per week. According to the project, 240 pupils, including 112 K from the Public Schools Team (ZSP), including the SP and High School in Osina, will take part in group classes and after 2 hours of individual classes with a professional adviser. —Organisation of 9 trips to Industrial Parks for students of the current classes IV-VI SP and II and III Secondary School. —Organisation of 3 meetings with employers and representatives of various professions, teachers of vocational schools. The meetings will be organised at the school. —Professional Valentine’s Day – In September 2017, the teacher and his parents will choose a profession that will be presented by each GIM class and current class IV-VI SP on 09 February 2018. Each class in its Hall presents everything related to this profession (information, artistic performance, refreshments, workshops, talks with representatives of this profession, talks, etc.) The event takes place in the afternoon, also for all residents of the Osina Commune. Finally, the selection by the committees of the Vojt, Project Manager and Chairman of the Parents’ Council of the three best presentations – awards. Task 2.Improving the skills and professional competences of teachers. Two training courses on working with a pupil with special educational needs. Every one-day training, 6-hour training for the entire Pedagogical Council – 35 people. 29 K and 6M Preparing teachers to conduct the process of individualisation of work with students with special educational needs, including support for a younger student, recognition of developmental needs, educational needs and psychophysical capabilities of students.
