Przedmiotem inwestycji jest wykonanie głębokiej, kompleks. modernizacji energet. w 7 budynkach mieszkalnych ulicy Poniatowskiego 16,17,18,19,20,21 oraz Traugutta 20 w Bartoszycach zarządzanych przez SM „BUDOWLANI” zlokalizowanych w mieście Bartoszyce. Techn. wykonania budynków, ich wiek i naturalne procesy eksploatacyjne powodują, że konieczne jest przeprowadzenie istotnych prac remontowych.Główną potrzebą przemawiającą za realizacją przedsięwzięcia jest potwierdzona diagnozą audytów energetycznych i koniecznością przeprowadzenia prac dociepleniowych głęboka kompleksowa termomodernizacja budynków. Działania takie zgodne są z oczekiwaniami mieszkańców. Projekt zakłada przeprowadzenie prac termomodernizacyjnych (tj. docieplenie zewnętrznych ścian i stropów, modernizacja systemu grzewczego oraz inst. c.w.u z mont. wodomierzy i wymianą piecyków gazowych, wymiana okien w częściach wspólnych). Zakres prac w budynkach jest tożsamy ze studium wykonaln. pkt. 2 Identyf. proj. Wyd.niekwal. szczegół. opisano w pkt.3.2 Kalk. nakładów w studium Projekt przyczynia się do rozwiąż. problemów kluczowych interesariuszy w obszarze objętym projektem.Gł. celem projektu jest zwiększenie efektywności energet.budynków mieszkalnych.Za real. projektu oraz jego monitoring odpow. będzie zespól powołany przez Zarząd Spółdzielni. Beneficjent posiada dośw. w realizacji podobnych projektów. Projekt zostanie wykonany zgodnie z normami i przepisami obowiązującymi w UE. Wnioskodawca posiada potwierdzenie zgłoszenia robót w Starostwie w Bartoszycach. Projekt wpisuje się w założenia SzOOP RPO WiM 2014-2020 poprzez wspieranie efektywności energetycznej. Cel projektu wpisuje się bezp. w cel poddz. 4.3.2.Zwiększona efektywność energetyczna budynków mieszkalnych. Dzięki realizacji projektu zwiększy się efektywność energetyczna budynków - dzięki przeprowadzeniu prac termomodernizacyjnych Wnioskodawca zaoszczędzi 4587,00 GJ energii natomiast uniknięta emisja CO2 wyniesie 316,51 tony równoważnika CO2/rok. The subject of the investment is the execution of a deep, complex. energy modernisation in 7 residential buildings of Poniatowskiego Street 16.17,18,19,20,21 and Traugutta 20 in Bartoszyce managed by SM “buildings” located in the city of Bartoszyce. The construction of buildings, their age and natural operating processes make it necessary to carry out significant renovation works.The main need for the project is confirmed by the diagnosis of energy audits and the need to carry out warming works deep comprehensive thermal modernisation of buildings. Such actions are in line with the expectations of the residents. The project involves carrying out thermal retrofitting works (i.e. warming of external walls and ceilings, modernisation of the heating system and installation of water meters and replacement of gas furnaces, replacement of windows in common parts). The scope of work in the buildings is the same as the executable study point. 2 Identif. proj. Detailed in section 3.2 Calk. of outlays in the study The project contributes to solving the problems of key stakeholders in the area covered by the project.The aim of the project is to increase the efficiency of the energet. of residential buildings.For real. of the project and its monitoring will be a team appointed by the Management Board of Cooperatives. The beneficiary has a share in the implementation of similar projects. The project will be carried out in accordance with EU standards and regulations. The applicant has a confirmation of the registration of works in the Starostwo in Bartoszyce. The project fits into the assumptions of the SzOOP RPO WiM 2014-2020 by promoting energy efficiency. The purpose of the project shall be inscribed to the target of the subdivision. 4.3.2. Increased energy efficiency of residential buildings. The project will increase the energy efficiency of buildings – thanks to the thermal modernisation work, the applicant will save 4587.00 GJ of energy while the avoided CO2 emissions will amount to 316.51 tonnes of CO2/year equivalent.
