Przedmiotem projektu jest uproszczenie i zinformatyzowanie procedur zorientowanych na użytkownika w zakresie e-administracji poprzez wdrożenie zintegrowanego systemu zarządzania do obsługi mieszkańców i kontrahentów gminy, a także umożliwienie im załatwianie spraw urzędowych drogą elektroniczną. Inwestycja zakłada wdrożenie 18 e-usług o stopniu dojrzałości co najmniej 3. Projekt zakłada wdrożenie rozwiązań teleinf. w ramach usprawnienia systemu back-o?ce i front-o?ce zorientowanych na usprawnienie relacji biznesowych w obszarze A2A, A2C oraz A2B. Miejsce realizacji inwestycji - siedziba wnioskodawcy. Zgodnie z przeprowadzoną analizą potrzeb w celu wdrożenia zakładanych rozwiązań inwestycja obejmie 9 etapów rzeczowej realizacji projektu: 1.Opracowanie sw 2.Zakup sprzętu infor. do realizacji inwestycji :Serw. (1 szt.),Szafa RACK z UPS(1 szt.),Zest. komp.(3 szt.),Router(1 szt.),Urządz. wielof.(3 szt.) 3.Elektr. syst. zarządz. dok. wraz z wdroż.(1 szt.) 4.Portal e-usług mieszkańca:Moduł enależności, Moduł ebiuro, Moduł eusługi 5.Portal partyc. społecznej, składający się z modułu e-Konsultacje 6.Stworz. dok. związanej z ochroną danych osob., instr. zarządz. syst. inf., syst. zarządz. 7.Mod. strony do wymagań WCAG 2.0 8.Inż. kontraktu 9.Promocja projektu Przedsięwzięcie jako inwes. technologiczna umożliwi dzięki planowanym nakładom wdrożenie rozwiązań innow. w zakresie e-administracji. Realizacja ww etapów pozwoli na zapewnienie kontrah. i obywat.. dostępu do usług cyfrowych poprzez ePUAP. Zadanie te zostaną wdrożone dzięki:Wszczęciu postęp. przetargowego,Podp. umowy o do?nansowanie,Realiz. projektu, Rozl. projektu. Projekt wpisuje się w założenia określone w SzOOP RPO WiM 2014-2020 z uwagi na wprowadz. e-usług do obsługi interes. o co najmniej 3 stopniu dojrzałości dwustronna interakcja.Inwestycja pozwoli na zwiększenie cyfryzacji e-administracji czym wprost realizuje CT 2 "Zwiększ. dostępn., stopnia wykorz. i jakości technologii info -kom(TIK). The aim of the project is to simplify and inform user-oriented procedures in the field of e-administration through the implementation of an integrated management system to handle local residents and contractors, as well as enabling them to handle official matters electronically. The investment assumes the implementation of 18 e-services with a degree of maturity of at least 3. The project assumes the implementation of teleinf solutions. as part of the improvement of the back-and-front system focused on improving business relations in the areas of A2A, A2C and A2B. Purchase of infor equipment for the realisation of the investment:Service. (1 pieces),Szafa RACK z UPS(1 pcs.),Zest. comp.(3 pcs.),Router(1 pcs.), Multif.(3 pc.) 3.Electr. syst. order with the implementation.(1 pieces) 4.Portal e-services of the inhabitants:Moduł enasieności, Moduł ebiuro, Module in eusługi 5.Portal party. 7.Mod. websites for WCAG 2.0 8.Contract Ingredients 9.Promotion of the project The undertaking as technological inves will enable the implementation of innovative solutions in the field of e-administration thanks to planned outlays. Implementation of these stages will allow to provide counterh. and benefits.. access to digital services via ePUAP. This task will be implemented thanks to:Initiation of progress. tender,subp. contracts for funding, Project Realisation, Rozl. project. The project fits into the assumptions set out in the SzOOP RPO WiM 2014-2020 due to the introduction of e-services for the service of the interest. with at least 3 degree of maturity bilateral interaction.The investment will allow to increase the digitisation of e-government, which directly implements CT 2 "Increase access, degree of coating and the quality of the technology info -kom(TIK).
