Celem głównym projektu jest wzmocnienie szans na zatrudnienie 30 os. zagr. ubóstw. lub wykl. społ. (3K/27M, w tym 1K/4M ON) z terenu GB-Z poprzez objęcie kompleksową i zindywidual. aktywizacją społ. i zaw. w okresie od 01.01.2019 r. do 31.12.2021r. Wskaźniki rezultatu: - Liczba osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społ., które uzyskały kwalifikacje lub nabyły kompetencje po opuszczeniu programu: 12 os. - Liczba osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społ. pracujących po opuszczeniu programu (łącznie z pracującymi na własny rachunek): 3 os. 10% UP - Liczba osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społ.poszukujących pracy po opuszczeniu programu - 9 os. - Odsetek osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społ., które po zakończeniu udziału w P dokonały postępu w procesie aktywizacji społ. - 34% - Odsetek osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społ. które po zakończeniu udziału w P dokonały postępu w procesie efektywności zatrudni.- 30% Wskaźniki produktu: - Liczba osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społ.objętych wsparciem w programie; 30 os. (3K/27M) - Liczba osób z niepełnosprawnościami objętych wsparciem w programie: 5 os. (1K/4M) Ponadto: Główne działania: praca socjalno-uspołeczniająca z UP, grupa wsparcia dla os. bezdomnych i zagrożonych bezdomnością, terapia uzależnień, poradnictwo specj, zapewnienie schronienia dla max 10 os. bezdomnych, warsztaty zawodowe zgodnie z predyspozycjami i potrzebami UP, zaangaż. zawodowe. Gr. docelową stanowią osoby w wieku aktywności zawodowej pow. (18 r.ż.) zagrożone ubóstwem i wykluczeniem społecznym, które korzystają ze świadczeń z pomocy społecznej lub kwalifikują się do objęcia wsparciem pomocy społecznej, (tj. spełniają co najmniej jedną z przesłanek określonych w art.7 ustawy o pomocy społ.), zamieszkujące na terenie GB-Z, woj. świętokrzyskie. The main objective of the project is to strengthen the employability of 30 people. Result indicators: — Number of people at risk of poverty or social exclusion who have acquired qualifications or competences after leaving the programme: 12 wasps. — Number of people at risk of poverty or exclusion after leaving the scheme (including self-employed): 3 wasps. 10 % UP – Number of people at risk of poverty or exclusion after leaving the programme – 9 people. — Percentage of people at risk of poverty or social exclusion who have made progress in the process of social activation after their participation in P. — 34 % – Percentage of people at risk of poverty or social exclusion who have made progress in the efficiency process after completing their participation in P- 30 % Product Indicators: — Number of people at risk of poverty or exclusion supported by the programme; 30 wasps. (3K/27M) – Number of persons with disabilities supported in the programme: 5 wasps. (1K/4M) In addition: Main actions: social and social work with UP, support group for the homeless and at risk of homelessness, addiction therapy, special counseling, provision of shelter for up to 10 people homeless, professional workshops according to the predispositions and needs of UP, professional engagement. The target is those of working age. (18 years) at risk of poverty and social exclusion, which benefit from social assistance benefits or qualify for social assistance support (i.e. they meet at least one of the conditions set out in Article 7 of the Social Aid Act), residing in the territory of the GB-Z, Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship.
