Grupa docelowa projektu: 216 osób dorosłych (w wieku 18 lat i więcej, w tym co najmniej 60% będą stanowić osoby w wieku 25 lat i więcej) z grup defaworyzowanych tj. wykazujących największą lukę kompetencyjną i posiadającą największe potrzeby w dostępie do edukacji - wyłącznie osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach i/lub w wieku 50 lat i więcej, zam. w woj. warmińsko-mazurskim, zainteresowane podnoszeniem kwalifikacji i uczestniczące w projekcie z własnej inicjatywy, nieprowadzące działalności gospodarczej. Osoby w wieku 50 lat i więcej będą stanowić co najmniej 30% uczestników projektu. Struktura grupy docelowej:; 86os w wieku 18-24l, 65os w wieku 25-49l, 65os w wieku 50l i więcej; 191 osób o niskich kwalifikacjach (151 osób w wieku 18-49 lat i 40 osób w wieku 50 lat i więcej). 132 osoby wezmą udział w szkoleniach w obszarze ICT, 84 osoby w kursach językowych. Celem projektu jest uzyskanie kwalifikacji lub nabycie kompetencji językowych lub komputerowych przez 195 spośród 216 osób w wieku 18+ w tym 86os w wieku 18-24l, 65os w wieku 25-49l, 65os w wieku 50l i więcej, zam. w woj. warmińsko-mazurskim z grup defaworyzowanych, tj. o niskich kwalifikacjach i/lub w wieku 50 lat i więcej,objętych szkoleniami komputerowymi lub kursami językowymi (angielski, niemiecki) , w terminie 1.6.2019-30.9.2020. Działania projektu obejmują szkolenia komputerowe (11 edycji) i kursy językowe: angielski (4 edycje), niemiecki (2 edycje), angielski (1 edycja). Rezultaty projektu: Liczba osób, które uzyskały kwalifikacje lub nabyły kompetencje po opuszczeniu programu: -o niskich kwalifikacjach- 134 -w wieku 50 lat i więcej- 46 -w wieku 25 lat i więcej- 91 (Polish)

Target group of the project: 216 adults (aged 18 years and over, of which at least 60 % will be aged 25 years and above) from disadvantaged groups, i.e. those with the greatest competence gap and with the most need for access to education – only low-skilled and/or 50-year-olds and over, who are interested in upgrading skills and participating in the project on their own initiative, not doing business in the Warmia-Mazury Voivodeship. People aged 50 and over will make up at least 30 % of participants in the project. Structure of the target group: 86os aged 18-24 l, 65os aged 25-49 l, 65os aged 50 l and more; 191 low-skilled people (151 persons aged 18-49 and 40 people aged 50 and over). 132 people will take part in training in the area of ICT, 84 people will take part in language courses. The aim of the project is to obtain qualifications or acquisition of linguistic or computer competences by 195 out of 216 people aged 18+, including 86os aged 18-24 l, 65os aged 25-49 l, 65os aged 50 l and more, in Warmia-Mazurian Voivodeship from disadvantaged groups, i.e. low-qualified and/or 50 years old and more, covered by computer training or language courses (English, German) within 30.9.2020. Project activities include computer training (11 editions) and language courses: English (4 editions), German (2 editions), English (1 editions).
