Wnioskodawcą jest TEB Edukacja Sp. z o.o.,która jest organem prowadzącym dla Technikum TEB Edukacja w Olsztynie Celem gł. proj. jest zdobycie niezb. dośw. zaw. przez 124 Uczniów (76K,48M) kształcących się w Technikum TEB w Olsztynie na Usług Fryzjerskich (dalej:TUF),Technik Informatyk (dalej:TINF) i Technik Fotografii i Multimediów (dalej:TFiM) poprzez udział w stażach zaw. real.we współpracy z pracod. oraz nabycie i/lub podw. kompet.zaw. przez co najmniej 90% tych Uczniów , tj 112 Ucz., poprzez udział w dod. szkoleniach zaplanowanych we współpracy z pracod. w ramach proj. trwającego od 01.01.2017r. do 30.06.2021r. W ramach proj.realizowane będą następujące zad.: 1.Doradztwo edukacyjno-zaw. dla Uczniów/Uczennic Technikum TEB 2.Podnoszenie umiej. oraz uzyskiwanie kompet. zaw. przez Uczniów/Uczennice Technikum TEB i wzmacnianie ich zdolności do zatrudn. 3.Staże zaw. dla Uczniów/Uczennic Technikum TEB u przedsięb. GD stanowi 124 UP(76K,48M) kształcących się w Technikum TEB Edukacja w Olsztynie na kierunkach TUF,TINF,TFiM. Co najmniej 70% Uczniów/Uczennic, tj. 87 osób w dniu rozp. udziału w proj. będzie miało ukończone 18lat. Realizacja niniejszego proj. rozwiązuje następujący problem:deficyty w dośw. zaw. i umiej. prakt. absolwentów wchodzących na r. pracy. Gł. efektem zrealizowania założeń proj. jest zdobycie niezb. dośw. zaw. przez 124 Ucz. kier.TUF, TINF, TFiM w Technikum TEB w Olsztynie oraz nabycie i/lub podw. kompet. zaw. zgodnie z zapotrzeb. r. pracy przez co najmniej 90% tych Uczniów, tj. co najmniej 112os. The applicant is the TEB Education Sp. z o.o., which is the leading body for TEB Technology Education in Olsztyn The aim of the project is to acquire the necessary amount of incl. by 124 students (76K,48M) educating themselves in the Technology of TEB in Olsztyn through the participation of Hairdressing Services (hereinafter:TUF),Technik Informatics (further:TINF) The project will be implemented as follows: 1.Education and training advice for students/students TEB Technique 2. Upgrading skills and gaining competence incl. by students/teachers TEB Technique students and strengthening their employability. 3. Internship for Students/Teachers Techniques TEB at enterprises. GD is 124 UP(76K,48M) educating in TEB Technology Education in Olsztyn in TUF,TINF,TFiM. At least 70 % of students/students, i.e. 87 people on the day of participation in the project will be 18 years old. The implementation of this project solves the following problem: deficits in incl. and skill in practising graduates entering the year of work. The result of fulfilling the project’s assumptions is to gain the necessary incl. by 124 Universities of TINF, TINF, TFiM in TEB Technology in Olsztyn and acquisition and/or double competence in accordance with the needs of work by at least 90 % of these Students, i.e. at least 112os.
