Głównym celem projektu jest zwiększenie liczby ludności korzystającej z systemu oczyszczania ścieków na terenie Aglomeracji Pacanów poprzez zwiększenie wydajności oczyszczalni ścieków w miejscowości Słupia. Zakres projektu obejmuje m.in. 1.Budowę nowych obiektów (m.in zbiornik retencyjny na ścieki surowe z kompletnym wyposażeniem, budynek odwadniania osadu z kompletem instalacji, instalację odwadniania i higienizacji/granulacji osadu, automatyczną stację przyjmowania ścieków dowożonych, instalacje technologiczne, budowa wiaty). 2.Modernizację obiektów istniejących (m.in. modernizacja istniejących komór reaktorów biologicznych, wyposażenia II ciągu biologicznego oczyszczania, rozbudowa systemu sterowania, modernizacja budynku technologicznego) 3. Wymianę urządzeń (m.in dyfuzorów napowietrzających, rurociągów recyrkulacyjnych, pomp osadu nadmiernego) W ramach projektu wykonana zostanie przebudowa drogi dojazdowej oraz plac manewrowy. WSKAŹNIKI 1. Wielkość ładunku ścieków poddanych ulepszonemu oczyszczaniu - 3143 RLM; 2. Liczba przebudowanych oczyszczalni ścieków komunalnych - 1; 3. liczba dodatkowych osób korzystających z ulepszonego oczyszczania ścieków - 1290. Cele projektu oraz zaplanowane w nim do realizacji działania są zgodnie z celami szczegółowymi wyznaczonymi dla 4 Osi Priorytetowej RPO WŚ 2014-2020 oraz z celami szczegółowymi zdefiniowanymi dla Działania 4.3. Gospodarka wodno-ściekowa. Zwiększony odsetek ludności korzystającej z systemu oczyszczania ścieków zgodnego z dyrektywą dotyczącą ścieków komunalnych. (Polish)

The main objective of the project is to increase the population using the sewage treatment system in the Pacanów Agglomeration by increasing the efficiency of the sewage treatment plant in Słupia. The scope of the project includes, among others, 1.Construction of new facilities (including storage tank for raw sewage with complete equipment, sludge drainage building with a set of installations, drainage and hygienic installation/granulation of sludge, automatic loading station, technological installations, construction of shelters). 2.Modernisation of existing facilities (e.g. modernisation of existing biological reactor chambers, equipment for the second biological purification sequence, expansion of the control system, modernisation of the technological building) 3. Replacement of equipment (including aeration diffusers, recirculation pipelines, excessive sludge pumps) As part of the project, the access road and manoeuvring area will be reconstructed. INDICES 1. The volume of waste water cargo undergoing improved treatment – 3143 RLM; 2. Number of urban waste water treatment plants reconstructed – 1; 3. the number of additional persons benefiting from improved waste water treatment – 1290. The project’s objectives and planned for implementation of the action are in accordance with the specific objectives set for the 4 Priority Axis 2014 to 2020 and the specific objectives defined for Action 4.3. Water and sewage management. Increased proportion of the population using a waste water treatment system in accordance with the Urban Waste Water Directive. (English)
