Przedmiotem projektu jest wdrożenie w firmie innowacyjnych w skali kraju rozwiązań technologicznych z zakresu TIK, dzięki którym automatyzacji i optymalizacji ulegną liczne procesy biznesowe, w tym kluczowe dla funkcjonowania firmy procesy sprzedażowe, zarządcze i operacyjne zachodzące w relacjach B2B, B2C oraz B2E - w systemie organizacji pracy sieci terenowych Przedstawicieli Handlowych. W ramach projektu zaplanowano zakup i wdrożenie systemu obsługi handlowej oraz przeszkolenie pracowników z zakresu jego obsługi. Nowemu systemowi towarzyszyć będą zakupy sprzętowe niezbędne dla zapewnienia poprawności i sprawności jego działania. Opracowana dla potrzeb firmy zostanie także aplikacja do obsług organizowanej co roku imprezy targowej. Projekt przyniesie poprawę efektywności i wydajności pracy, skrócenie czasu dostaw, poprawę komunikacji z klientami, wzmocnienie procesów marketingowych, wzrost zatrudnienia. Projekt będzie mieć pozytywny wpływ na środowisko naturalne. (Polish)

The subject of the project is the implementation in the company of innovative ICT technological solutions, thanks to which numerous business processes will be automated and optimised, including sales, management and operational processes taking place in B2B, B2C and B2E relations – in the system of organisation of the field networks of Trade Representatives. The project plans to purchase and implement a commercial service system and to train employees in the field of its operation. The new system will be accompanied by hardware purchases necessary to ensure the correctness and efficiency of its operation. An application for the company’s needs will also be developed for the service of the annual trade fair event. The project will improve efficiency and productivity, reduce delivery times, improve communication with customers, strengthen marketing processes, increase employment. The project will have a positive impact on the environment. (English)
