Projekt jest skierowany do 566 osób bezrobotnych (299K,267M) z powiatu starogardzkiego, zarejestrowanych w PUP. Celem projektu jest wzmożenie działań na rzecz aktywizacji zawodowej osób pozostających bez pracy, z wyłączeniem osób przed ukończeniem 30 roku życia, zarejestrowanych w PUP w Starogardzie Gd. jako bezrobotne. Cele szczegółowe przedsięwzięcia: aktywizacja uczestników/czek projektu; podniesienie zdolności do zatrudnienia uczestników/czek projektu. Działania: usługi poradnictwa zawodowego dla 566 os.(299K,267M); usługi pośrednictwa pracy dla 321 os.(207K,114M); przyznanie jednorazowych środków na podjęcie działalności gospodarczej dla 158 os.(52K,106M); udzielenie wsparcia w postaci refundacji kosztów wyposażenia lub doposażenia stanowiska pracy dla 167 os.(68K,99M); zorganizowanie szkoleń indywidualnych i grupowych dla 88 os.(41K,47M); zorganizowanie staży dla 154 os.(139K,15M). Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie osiągnięcie wskaźnika efektywności zatrudnieniowej określonego na poziomie: dla osób w wieku 50 lat i więcej - minimum 33%, dla kobiet - minimum 39%, dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami – minimum 33%, dla osób długotrwale bezrobotnych – minimum 30%, dla osób o niskich kwalifikacjach – minimum 38%. The project is addressed to 566 unemployed people (299K,267M) from the Starygard district, registered in the PUP. The aim of the project is to intensify measures for the professional activation of people who are unemployed, excluding persons before the age of 30, registered with the PUP in Starogard Gd. as unemployed. Specific objectives of the project: activation of participants/pieces of the project; increase the employability of participants/pieces of the project. Actions: vocational guidance services for 566 persons (299K,267M); employment services for 321 persons (207K,114M); allocation of one-off funds for the establishment of business for 158 persons (52K,106M); support in the form of reimbursement of the costs of equipment or retrofitting of the workstation for 167 persons (68K,99M); organisation of individual and group training for 88 persons (41K,47M); organising internships for 154 people (139K,15M). The main outcome of the project will be the achievement of the employment efficiency index defined at the level of: for people aged 50 and over – at least 33 %, for women – at least 39 %, for people with disabilities – at least 33 %, for long-term unemployed – at least 30 %, for low-skilled people – at least 38 %.
