Projekt skierowany do grupy 289 osób bezrobotnych zarejestrowanych w PUP z powiatu słupskiego i miasta Słupsk, należących co najmniej do jednej z poniższych grup: osoby w wieku 50 lat i więcej, kobiety, osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, osoby długotrwale bezrobotne, osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach, osoby nienależące do grup wskazanych powyżej (bezrobotni mężczyźni w wieku 30-49 lat - przy czym ich udział nie przekroczy 20% ogólnej liczby osób wspartych w projekcie), imigranci, reemigranci. Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób pozostających bez pracy należących do grupy docelowej projektu. Wsparcie realizowane będzie wyłącznie poprzez usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy określone w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy, z wyłączeniem robót publicznych, w oparciu o pogłębioną analizę umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika projektu w postaci Indywidualnego Planu Działania. Najważniejszym efektem projektu będzie podjęcie pracy przez uczestników projektu i utrzymanie jej przez okres co najmniej 3 miesięcy. (Polish)

Project addressed to a group of 289 unemployed persons registered in PUP from the poviat of Słupsk and Słupsk, belonging to at least one of the following groups: people aged 50 years and over, women, persons with disabilities, long-term unemployed, low-skilled people, non-members of the groups indicated above (unemployed men aged 30-49 – with a share of which will not exceed 20 % of the total number of people supported by the project), immigrants, immigrants. The aim of the project is to increase the employability of people who are unemployed who belong to the target group of the project. The support will be implemented exclusively through labour market services and instruments as defined in the Act on Employment Promotion and Labour Market Institutions, excluding public works, based on an in-depth analysis of skills, predispositions and professional problems of a given project participant in the form of an Individual Action Plan. The most important result of the project will be taking up work by project participants and maintaining it for at least 3 months. (English)
