Przedmiotem projektu jest zakup niezbędnych środków trwałych (nowych maszyn i urządzeń) w celu wprowadzenia w przedsiębiorstwie innowacyjnego i zautomatyzowanego procesu produkcji dodatków do żywności, ważenia, przygotowywania, mieszania a następnie efektywnego pakowania gotowych produktów. Projekt będzie realizowany w następujących etapach: 1. zakup urządzeń do ważenia, 2. zakup urządzeń do mieszania, 3. zakup urządzeń do pakowania, 4. instalacja urządzeń i rozruch. Proces będzie polegał na wyborze dostawców maszyn, szkoleniu personelu. Zostanie zainstalowana nowa linia która zostanie poddana próbom i testom funkcyjnym. Po zaimplementowaniu innowacyjnej linii w przedsiębiorstwie oraz wykonaniu prób produktowych i rozpoczęciu produkcji przypraw pakowanych w nowoczesne wzory opakowań nastąpi wdrożenie do produkcji masowej i wprowadzenie gotowych produktów na rynki docelowe. The subject of the project is the purchase of the necessary fixed assets (new machinery and equipment) in order to introduce an innovative and automated process of production of food additives, weighing, preparation, mixing and then efficient packaging of finished products. The project will be implemented in the following stages: 1. purchase of weighing equipment, 2. purchase of mixing equipment, 3. purchase of packaging equipment, 4. installation and start-up. The process will consist of selecting machine suppliers, training staff. A new line will be installed that will be tested and function tests. After implementing the innovative line in the company and conducting product tests and starting production of spices packed in modern packaging patterns, implementation will be made for mass production and introduction of finished products to the target markets.
