Wnioskodawcą przedsięwzięcia jest Gmina Brzeg. Inwestycja będzie realizowana w subregionie brzeskim, w Gminie Brzeg. Projekt dotyczy ograniczenia emisji szkodliwych substancji emitowanych do powietrza z sektora transportu. Inwestycja posiada zintegrowany i kompleksowy charakter, obejmując realizację poniższych prac: • utworzenie 76 miejsc parkingowych, w tym 3 miejsc dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami, • remont nawierzchni placu manewrowego, • przebudowa nawierzchni ciągu pieszego, • budowa zatoki autobusowej, • montaż elementów małej architektury, • wykonanie oświetlenia, • wykonanie monitoringu, • wykonanie kanalizacji deszczowej, • prace przy zieleni, • przebudowa wyspy na skrzyżowaniu ul. Trzech Kotwic i ul. Starobrzeskiej, • wprowadzenie organizacji ruchu, • przebudowa nawierzchni „Drogi A” (od ulicy Trzech Kotwic do ul. Plac Dworcowy), • remont nawierzchni „Drogi B” (plac manewrowy przy miejscach postojowych). Realizacja projektu stworzy warunki do promowania zbiorowego transportu publicznego oraz niezmotoryzowanego transportu indywidualnego, kosztem transportu samochodowego, będącego źródłem emisji zanieczyszczeń powietrza. Projekt przyczyni się do promocji komunikacji zbiorowej i zmniejszenia liczby pojazdów poruszających się po drogach. Pozwoli to na osiągnięcie rezultatu projektu w postaci redukcji emisji CO2 oraz pyłów PM10 i PM2,5. Produkty projektu: -Liczba obiektów dostosowanych do potrzeb osób z niepełnosprawnościami: 1 szt. -Liczba wybudowanych obiektów „parkuj i jedź”: 1 szt. -Liczba miejsc postojowych w wybudowanych obiektach „parkuj i jedź”: 76 szt. -Długość wspartej infrastruktury rowerowej: 0,04 km -Liczba wybudowanych zintegrowanych węzłów przesiadkowych: 1 szt. -Liczba miejsc postojowych dla osób niepełnosprawnych w wybudowanych obiektach „parkuj i jedź”: 3 szt. The applicant for the project is the Municipality of Brzeg. The investment will be carried out in the Brzeg subregion, in the Brzeg Municipality. The project concerns the reduction of emissions of harmful substances emitted into the air from the transport sector. The investment has an integrated and comprehensive character, including the following works: • creation of 76 parking spaces, including 3 seats for people with disabilities, • renovation of the surface of the manoeuvring area, • reconstruction of the pavement of pedestrians, • construction of bus bay, • installation of elements of small architecture, • lighting, • monitoring, • execution of rainwater drainage, • work on greenery, • reconstruction of the island at the intersection of ul. Three Anchors and St. Starobrzeska, • introduction of traffic organisation, • reconstruction of the road A pavement (from Trzech Kotwic street to ul. Railway station), • renovation of the pavement “Road B” (handle at parking places). The project will create conditions for the promotion of public transport and non-motorised individual transport at the expense of car transport, which is the source of air pollutant emissions. The project will contribute to promoting public transport and reducing the number of vehicles on the roads. This will achieve the result of the project in the form of a reduction of CO2 emissions and PM10 and PM2.5 dusts.
