Projekt je zaměřen na uchazeče o zaměstnání evidovaných na Úřadu práce ČR, kteří jsou ohrožení sociální exkluzí a bydlí v sociálně vyloučených lokalitách Ústeckého kraje. Tato cílová skupina se významně podílí na celkové nezaměstnanosti v Ústeckém kraji. Projekt těmto osobám nabídne řadu aktivit (Zprostředkování zaměstnání, Poradenské a Motivační aktivity, Bilanční a pracovní diagnostika, Rekvalifikace ). Projekt není koncipován jako dodavatelský.
