Cele projektu to: - zwiększenie efektywności energetycznej wielorodzinnego budynku mieszkalnego; - poprawa jakości środowiska przyrodniczego poprzez wdrożenie rozwiązań wpływających na zmniejszenie emisji gazów cieplarnianych i łagodzenie skutków zmian klimatu; - zmniejszenie kosztów eksploatacji budynku poddanego termomodernizacji; - poprawa warunków zamieszkania. Projekt obejmuje termomodernizację budynku wielorodzinnego przy ul. Wiejskiej 36 w Janowie Lubelskim (powierzchnia zabudowy - 339,00 m2 , powierzchnia użytkowa netto - 1 728,00 m2, kubatura - 6 053,00 m3, ilość kond. nadziemnych - 5 szt. , wys. - 16,50 m). Zakres p. obejmuje wykonanie: - docieplenia cokołów styropianem i pokrycie tynkiem żywicznym, - naprawa tynków i kominów, - docieplenie ścian płytami styropianowymi w technologii lekkiej mokrej i pokrycie tynkiem polimerowo-mineralnym, - docieplenia stropodachu granulatem z wełny mineralnej wraz z pokryciem papą termozgrzewalną, - docieplenie stropu piwnicy styropianem, - wymiana instalacji odgromowej, - wymiana obróbek blacharskich: rur spustowych, rynien dachowych, elementów dachu, parapetów, - wymiana stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej, - wykonanie opaski wokół budynku, - modernizacja instalacji c.o. obejmująca wymianę pieca gazowego (o mocy adekwat. do potrzeb), montaż zaw podpionowych oraz zaworów termostat, dodatkowo zamontowane będą ciepłomierze w celu opomiarowania i monitoringu ilości zużytego ciepła. Układem centralnego ogrzewania, będzie ster. regulator pogodowy, - wymiana źródeł światła na LED. Planowany całkowity koszt temomodernizacji wynosi 490 572,45 zł. The objectives of the project are to: — increasing the energy efficiency of a multi-family residential building; — improving the quality of the natural environment by implementing measures to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and mitigate the effects of climate change; — reduction of the costs of operation of a thermally modernised building; — improving living conditions. The project includes the thermal modernisation of a multi-family building at ul. Rural 36 in Janów Lubelski (construction area – 339.00 m², net usable area – 1728.00 m², cubature – 6053.00 m³, number of above-ground conduits – 5 pieces. A.S.A. — 16,50 m). The scope of p. includes the execution of: — insulation of the bases with styrofoam and resin plaster covering, – plaster and chimney repair, – insulation of walls with polystyrene panels in light wet technology and coating with polymer-mineral plaster, – insulation of strophode with mineral wool granulate with mineral wool covering, – insulation of the ceiling with styrofoam cellar, – replacement of the installation drain pipes, roof gutters, roof elements, window sills, – replacement of window and door carpentry, – making a wristband around the building, – modernisation of the central heating system, including the replacement of the gas furnace (with adequat power to the needs), installation of underpipe valves and thermostat valves, additionally, heat meters will be installed to measure and monitor the amount of heat consumed.
