WOJEWÓDZKI SZPITAL SPECJALISTYCZNY W BIAŁEJ PODLASKIEJ

WSzS jest jednym z 5 szpitali wojewódzkich i największym centrum diagnostyczno-leczniczym płn. części woj. lubelskiego. Udziela świadczeń w ramach hospitalizacji, AOS oraz SOR (III stopień referencji). Posiada system wspomag. zarządzania zasobami o część czaści białej i część szarą. Projekt zwiększy możliwości systemu informatycznego w sposób efektywny, ponadto jest zgodny z dokumentem Policy Paper dla ochrony zdrowia na lata 2014-2020, Narz.26 Upowszechnienie wymiany elektronicznej dokumentacji medycznej. Projekt przewiduje uzupełnienie infrastruktury techniczno-systemowej, integrację obecnych systemów i zapewnienie interoperacyjności -wymianę EDM z Platformą P1, opieką szpitalną, AOS, POZ. Zakupiony zostanie system HIS oraz systemy gabinetowe, przewidziane są szkolenie personelu w zakresie korzystania z EDM. W ramach projektu powstanie nowa e-usługa o stopniu dojrzałości co najmniej 4 stopniu dojrzałości - 7 szt: EDM, e-obchód, e-wywiad ,e-ankieta, e-dokumentacja, e-Załącznik, e-Ankiety. Zostaną wdrożone 2 usługi 3 poziomie dojrzałości e- pacjent, e-kontrahent. Projekt zawiera rozwiązania podnoszące bezpieczeństwo w zakresie gwarancji ciągłości działania syst. do prowadzenia EDM, platform regionalnych, w tym szczególnie w zakresie wymiany i długoterminowego przechowywania EDM. Powstanie 120TB przestrzeni serwerowej. Planuje się załatwienie 230 spraw poprzez udostępniona on-line usługę publiczną oraz 400 uruchomień aplikacji opartych na ponownym wykorzystaniu inf. E-usług. Zostaną wprowadzone udogodnienia WCAG 2.0 dla Pacjentów, uruchomione 6 syst. Teleinformat. w podmiotach wykonujących zadania Publ., 6 utworzonych API i 4 bazy danych on-line poprzez API. Zaplanowano przeszkolenie 645 osób z obsługi systemu w ramach cross-financingu. Uwzględniono studium wykonalności i promocję. Projekt znacząco skróci się czas oczekiwania na świadczenie medyczne, oraz zapewnione zostanie lepsze wykorzystanie zasobów ludzkich, materialnych, finansowych i organizacyjnych WSzS. (Polish)

WSzS is one of 5 provincial hospitals and the largest diagnostic and therapeutic centre of the northern part of the Lublin Voivodeship. Provides hospital services, AOS and SOR (III degree of reference). It has a resource management system with part white and gray part. The project will increase the capabilities of the IT system in an effective way, and is compatible with the Policy Paper for Health Protection for the years 2014-2020, Narz.26 Promoting the electronic exchange of medical records. The project provides for the completion of technical and system infrastructure, integration of current systems and interoperability – exchange of EMD with Platform P1, hospital care, AOS, POZ. HIS and office systems will be purchased, staff training in the use of EMD is planned. The project will create a new e-service with a degree of maturity of at least 4 degree of maturity – 7 pieces: EDM, e-circulation, e-interview, e-annette, e-documentation, e-Annex, e-Announcements. 2 services 3 level of e-patient maturity, e-contrahent will be implemented. The project includes security solutions for ensuring the continuity of EMD, regional platforms, especially in the field of exchange and long-term storage of EMD. 120 TB server space will be created. 230 cases are planned to be handled via an online public service and 400 applications based on re-use of inf. The e-services. WCAG 2.0 facilities will be introduced for Patients, running 6 syst. Teleinformat. in entities performing tasks Publ., 6 created APIs and 4 databases on-line via API. It is planned to train 645 people from the system as part of cross-financing. A feasibility study and promotion have been taken into account. The project will significantly reduce the waiting time for medical services, and better use of human, material, financial and organizational resources of WSzS will be ensured. (English)
