Przedmiotem projektu jest inwestycja w infrastrukturę terenów zielonych na terenie Miasta Krosno Odrzańskie obejmującym: Park Tysiąclecia (park „górny”) - 6,21 ha, skarpę wschodnia – enklawy dzikich zwierząt – 3,36 ha. Celem głównym projektu (na poziomie rezultatu) jest udostępnianie zasobów przyrodniczych i terenów rekreacyjnych w Krośnie Odrzańskim poprzez zwiększenie udziału terenów zielonych w ogólnej powierzchni miasta, zapewnienie mieszkańcom stref rekreacji i odpoczynku, wykorzystanie potencjału przyrodniczego Gminy Krosno Odrzańskie, przywrócenie gatunków rodzimych oraz zastopowanie rozprzestrzeniania się gatunków inwazyjnych, zmniejszenie zachorowalności mieszkańców. Cel główny zostanie osiągnięty poprzez realizację celu bezpośredniego, jakim jest udostępnienie terenów zielonych, a w sposób pośredni także poprzez zapewnienie ochrony siedlisk i gatunków przed antroporesją. W dłuższej perspektywie realizacja projektu przyczyni się do powstrzymania procesu utraty różnorodności biologicznej oraz wzmocnienia potencjału rozwoju gospodarczego i społecznego. The subject of the project is an investment in the infrastructure of green areas in the City of Krosno Odrzański including: The Millennium Park (Upper Park) – 6.21 hectares, the eastern slope – enclaves of wild animals – 3.36 hectares. The main objective of the project (at the result level) is to provide natural resources and recreational areas in Krosno Odrzański by increasing the share of green areas in the overall area of the city, providing residents with recreational and rest zones, exploiting the natural potential of the municipality of Krosno Odrzański, restoring native species and halting the spread of invasive species, reducing the incidence of inhabitants. The main objective will be achieved by achieving the direct objective of making green areas available and indirectly by ensuring the protection of habitats and species from anthroporism. In the longer term, the implementation of the project will contribute to halting biodiversity loss and strengthening the potential for economic and social development. The project is planned to be implemented for the period 2016-2020. [...] (English)
