Przedmiotem projektu jest zakup i instalacja ogniw fotowoltaicznych oraz pomp aerotermalnych zgodnie z załączoną dokumentacją. Instalacje fotowoltaiczne typu on - grid zostaną zamontowane na 40 obiektach prywatnych w Gminie Żyrzyn (łączna moc 100 kW). Pompy o łącznej mocy 48 kW zostaną zainstalowane na 26 budynkach prywatnych. Dotychczasowe konwencjonalne źródła energii elektrycznej i cieplnej zostaną zastąpione darmową energią słoneczną oraz aerotermalną. Realizacja celów szczegółowych wpłynie pośrednio na wzrost atrakcyjności turystycznej regionu, poprawę warunków życia jego mieszkańców oraz bezpośrednio na poprawę stanu środowiska naturalnego. Grupą docelową będą mieszkańcy gminy Żyrzyn (użytkownicy prywatni), którzy wyrazili chęć przystąpienia do projektu wyrażoną w formie ankiety. Wskaźniki projektu- dodatkowa moc wytwarzania energii odnawialnej - 0,165 MW. Produkcja energii cieplnej -102,84 MWth/rok. Produkcja energii elektrycznej 92,92 MWe/rok. Liczba jednostek wytwarzania energii elektrycznej - 40 szt. Liczba jednostek wytwarzania energii cieplnej - 26 szt. Spadek emisji CO 2 - 101,08 Mg/rok.Jakość powietrza w gminie jest dobra; nie ma obowiązku opracowania programu ochrony powietrza. W POP dla strefy lubelskiej nie wskazano działań naprawczych ani krótkoterminowych dla gminy Żyrzyn, co oznacza że na jej terenie nie odnotowano przekroczenia poziomów substancji podlegających ocenie jakości powietrza. The subject of the project is the purchase and installation of photovoltaic cells and aerothermal pumps according to the attached documentation. Photovoltaic installations of the on – grid type will be installed on 40 private buildings in the Zyrzyn Municipality (total power of 100 kW). Pumps with a total capacity of 48 kW will be installed on 26 private buildings. Existing conventional sources of electricity and heat will be replaced by free solar and aerothermal energy. Implementing the specific objectives will indirectly increase the tourist attractiveness of the region, improve the living conditions of its inhabitants and directly improve the state of the environment. The target group will be residents of the municipality of Żyrzyn (private users), who expressed their willingness to join the project expressed in the form of a survey. Project indicators – additional renewable energy generation capacity – 0,165 MW. Production of heat energy -102,84 MWth/year. Electricity production 92,92 MWe/year. Number of units of electricity generation – 40 pcs. Number of units of heat generation – 26 pcs. Decrease in CO emissions 2-101.08 Mg/year.Air quality in the municipality is good; there is no obligation to develop an air protection programme. There are no corrective or short-term measures for the municipality of Żyrzyn for the Lublin SEZ, which means that the levels of substances subject to air quality assessment have not been exceeded.
