Realizacja projektu obejmuje wykonanie kompleksowych prac termomodernizacyjnych w budynku usługowym Wnioskodawcy w którym prowadzi on działalność gospodarczą oraz zainstalowanie instalacji OZE. Zakres wszystkich zadań/prac objętych niniejszym projektem wynika z przeprowadzonego audytu energetycznego budynku i obejmuje: modernizację instalacji C.O., ocieplenie ścian zewnętrznych i dachu, montaż instalacji PV, montaż wentylacji mechanicznej z odzyskiem, montaż klimatyzacji oraz wymianę okien i drzwi. Celem projektu jest poprawa efektywności energetycznej Wnioskodawcy oraz wykorzystanie odnawialnych źródeł energii. Realizacja przedsięwzięcia w pełnym zakresie pozwoli na redukcję emisji gazów cieplarnianych i pyłu PM10 oraz na stworzenie zdolności wytwarzania energii elektrycznej i cieplnej dzięki zastosowaniu instalacji fotowoltaicznej oraz pomp ciepła. The implementation of the project includes the execution of complex thermal retrofitting works in the service building of the Applicant in which he conducts business activity and installation of RES installations. The scope of all tasks/works covered by this project is based on the energy audit of the building and includes: modernisation of the C.O. system, insulation of external walls and roof, installation of PV installations, installation of mechanical ventilation with recovery, installation of air conditioning and replacement of windows and doors. The aim of the project is to improve the energy efficiency of the Applicant and the use of renewable energy sources. Full implementation of the project will reduce emissions of greenhouse gases and PM10 and create the capacity to generate electricity and heat through the use of photovoltaic installations and heat pumps.
