Celem głównym projektu jest zwiększenie efektywności energetycznej oraz obniżenie energochłonności budynku Gimnazjum w Konecku Projekt dotyczy kompleksowej termomodernizacji budynku Gimnazjum w Zespole Szkół w Konecku, obejmującej: - ocieplenie ścian zewnętrznych, podziemia i dachu, - wymianę stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej, - przebudowę systemu grzewczego, bez wymiany źródła ciepła - budowę instalacji OZE w modernizowanym budynku. Powyższe ma na celu doprowadzenie do: • ograniczenia strat ciepła w różnych strefach istniejącego budynku (ściany, stropy, stolarka), • likwidacji wad typu przemarzanie oraz przecieki ścian, przemarzanie stropu, • dostosowania obiektu do obowiązujących przepisów dotyczących izolacyjności cieplnej przegród zewnętrznych (co jednocześnie zmniejszy zużycie energii cieplnej potrzebnej do użytkowania budynku zgodnie z jego przeznaczeniem) oraz poprawę stanu technicznego i estetyki obiektu, • zmniejszenia szkodliwych emisji i poprawy jakości powietrza Planowane roboty remontowe nie naruszają istniejącego układu konstrukcyjnego budynku. Obiekt będący przedmiotem niniejszego projektu wskazany został w załączniku nr 13 do SORSG powiatu aleksandrowskiego na lata 2014-2020 jako jeden z najważniejszych obiektów użyteczności publicznej obszaru wymagający modernizacji energetycznej. Planowana inwestycja nie stanowi rodzaju przedsięwzięcia wymienionego w rozporządzeniu Rady Ministrów z dnia 9 listopada 2010 r. w sprawie przedsięwzięć mogących znacząco oddziaływać na środowisko (Dz. U. 2010 nr 213 poz. 1397 z późn. zm.) i nie zalicza się do przedsięwzięć mogących potencjalnie znacząco oddziaływać na środowisko a jego realizacja nie wymaga uzyskania decyzji o środowiskowych uwarunkowaniach (Polish)

The main objective of the project is to increase energy efficiency and reduce the energy intensity of the Koneck Junior High School building The project concerns a comprehensive thermal modernisation of the High School building in Koneck, including: — insulation of external walls, underground and roof, – replacement of window and door carpentry, – reconstruction of heating system, without changing the heat source – construction of RES installation in a modernised building. The above is intended to lead to: • reduction of heat loss in various zones of the existing building (walls, ceilings, carpentry), • elimination of defects such as frosting and wall leakage, frosting of the ceiling, • adapting the object to the applicable regulations on thermal insulation of external bulkheads (which will reduce the consumption of heat energy needed to use the building according to its intended purpose) and improve the technical condition and aesthetics of the facility, • reduce harmful emissions and improve air quality Plann repair works do not affect the existing building system. The object covered by this project is indicated in Annex 13 to the SORSG of Aleksandrowski county for the years 2014-2020 as one of the most important public utility facilities of the area requiring energy modernisation. The planned investment is not a type of project mentioned in the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 9 November 2010 on projects which may have a significant impact on the environment (Dz. U. 2010 No. 213 item. 1397 as amended) and are not considered to have a potentially significant impact on the environment and its implementation does not require a decision on environmental conditions.
