Przedmiotem projektu jest zakup i wdrożenie dedykowanego oprogramowania systemu nowej generacji do zarządzania obiektem hotelowym. Unikalna koncepcja systemu informatycznego jest efektem przeprowadzonych samodzielnie przez Wnioskodawcę prac badawczo - rozwojowych w obszarze tworzenia inteligentnych narzędzi do zarządzania obiektem hotelowym opartych na inteligentnym algorytmie ergonomii modelu interaktywnego oraz inteligentnych algorytmach rezerwacji. Wdrożenie systemu pozwoli wprowadzić na rynek usługę udostępniania systemu w modelu SaaS (Software as a Service) tj. innowacyjne rozwiązanie IT, które zapewnia szeroką listę funkcji samoobsługowych, interaktywnych i informacyjnych dla gości hotelowych, optymalizację procesu dokonywania zamówień i rezerwacji oraz automatyzację pracy obsługi hotelowej, a wszystko to z poziomu urządzenia mobilnego. Celem projektu jest zwiększenie konkurencyjności spółki LSI Software S.A. w skali globalnej, oparte na wdrożeniu innowacyjnej technologii w zakresie kompleksowego zarządzania obiektami hotelowymi. Wskaźniki produktu: Liczba przedsiębiorstw otrzymujących wsparcie (CO01) – 1 szt. Liczba przedsiębiorstw otrzymujących dotację (CO02)– 1 szt. Inwestycje prywatne uzupełniające wsparcie publiczne dla przedsiębiorstw (dotacje) (CO06) – 1 580 000,00 PLN Liczba przedsiębiorstw objętych wsparciem w celu wprowadzenie produktów nowych dla rynku (CO28)– 1szt. Liczba przedsiębiorstw objętych wsparciem w celu wprowadzenie produktów nowych dla firmy (CO29) – 1szt. Liczba przedsiębiorstw wspartych w zakresie inwestycji – 1 szt. Odbiorcami nowej usługi będą właściciele obiektów hotelowych wyższej kategorii (o wyższym standardzie) z bogatą ofertą usług dodatkowych i rozbudowanym zapleczem rekreacyjno-gastronomicznym. (Polish)

The subject of the project is the purchase and implementation of dedicated software of the new generation system for hotel management. The unique concept of the IT system is the result of research and development work carried out independently by the Applicant in the area of creating intelligent tools for hotel management based on the intelligent algorithm of ergonomics of the interactive model and intelligent booking algorithms. The implementation of the system will allow the introduction of a system sharing service in the SaaS model (Software as a Service), i.e. an innovative IT solution that provides a wide list of self-service, interactive and information functions for hotel guests, optimising the process of ordering and booking, and automation of hotel service, all from the level of a mobile device. The aim of the project is to increase the competitiveness of LSI Software S.A. on a global scale, based on the implementation of innovative technology in the field of comprehensive hotel management. Output indicators: Number of enterprises receiving support (CO01) – 1 pcs. Number of enterprises receiving a grant (CO02)– 1 pcs. Private investments supplementing public support to enterprises (grants) (CO06) – PLN 1 580 000,00 Number of companies supported to introduce new products to the market (CO28) – 1pcs. Number of companies supported to introduce new products for the company (CO29) – 1pcs. Number of enterprises supported in the field of investment – 1 units. The recipients of the new service will be owners of higher category hotel facilities (of a higher standard) with a wide range of additional services and extensive recreational and catering facilities.
