Przedmiotem projektu jest wysokospecjalistyczny i innowacyjny ciąg technologiczny do automatycznego montażu kół rowerowych, składający się z dwóch modułów:- maszyny do automatycznego podawania i nakręcania nypli na szprychy oraz naciągania szprych zgodnie z założonym układem splotu i wymaganą siłą; - maszyny do automatycznego centrowania kół, zawierającej zintegrowany system stabilizujący, zapewniający równomierny naciąg wszystkich szprych w kole. Planowany zakres działań obejmuje zakup wymienionych maszyn, ich transport, zainstalowanie i przetestowanie u wnioskodawcy oraz przeszkolenie personelu niezbędnego do obsługi linii produkcyjnej. The subject of the project is a highly specialised and innovative technological line for automatic assembly of bicycle wheels, consisting of two modules:- machines for automatic feeding and winding of pins on the spokes and stretching the spokes according to the established weave system and the required force; — automatic wheel centering machine, incorporating an integrated stabilisation system, ensuring a uniform tension of all spokes in the wheel. The proposed scope of activities includes the purchase of the said machinery, their transport, installation and testing at the applicant and the training of the staff needed to operate the production line.
