Projekt stanowi część kompleksowego planu działań Gminy Piława Górna, zmierzającego do rewitalizacji zdegradowanej, historycznej części miasta, w szczególności jej najstarszej części. Dotyczy budynku mieszkalnego położonego w Piławie Górnej przy pl. Piastów Śląskich 4 w obrębie obszaru objętego ścisłą ochroną konserwatorską, obejmującego historyczną zabudowę Osiedla Braci Morawskich. Projekt został ujęty w GPR w części A (uch. nr 94/XXI/2016 RM w Piławie Górnej z 25.05.2016, karta A2, str. 131). Obiekt ze względu na zły stan techniczny i zużycie w 85% został wyłączony z eksploatacji w 2005 roku. Zakres projektu obejmuje całkowitą przebudowę budynku i nadanie mu nowych funkcji społecznych oraz udostępnienie dla osób niepełnosprawnych, w tym wykonanie: - nowej konstrukcji dachu wraz z pokryciem, - nowych stropów nad parterem i pierwszym piętrem, - izolacji i odwodnienia budynku, - zmiany podziału pomieszczeń, - nowych instalacji wewnętrznych (wod-kan, sanit., elektr., CO, gazowej), - elewacji wraz z odtworzeniem elementów architektonicznych, - robót wykończeniowych, - zagospodarowania terenu. - wyposażenia części społecznej. Projekt będzie realizowany przez Beneficjenta. Bezpośrednio realizacją będzie się zajmował zespół złożony z pracowników UM w Piławie Górnej, którzy posiadają odpowiednie doświadczenie i kwalifikacje gwarantujące prawidłową jego realizację. W jego skład wejdą: a. Insp. ds. Funduszy Strukturalnych - Koordynowanie projektu b. Insp. ds. Windykacji i Kontroli - rozliczenie finansowe projektu c. Insp. ds. Budownictwa i Zam. Pub. - realizacji inwestycji i zamówienia publiczne d. Insp. ds. Gospodarki Lokalami i Handlu - monitoring wskaźników i promocja w projekcie. W wyniku realizacji projektu powstanie: 1. 18 nowych lokali mieszkalnych, w tym 1 bez barier architektonicznych, 2. Świetlica środowiskowa z zapleczem socjalnym i kuchennym wraz z podstawowym wyposażeniem, 3. Izba pamięci "Braci Morawskich". (Polish)

The project forms part of a comprehensive action plan of the Municipality of Piława Górna, aimed at revitalising the degraded historical part of the city, in particular its oldest part. It concerns a residential building located in Piława Górna near the square. Piastów Śląskich 4 within the area covered by strict conservation protection, including historical buildings of the Moravian Brothers Estate. The project was included in the GPR in Part A (U.S. No. 94/XXI/2016 RM in Piława Górna from 25.05.2016, card A2, p. 131. Due to poor technical condition and consumption, the facility was decommissioned 85 % in 2005. The scope of the project includes the complete reconstruction of the building and giving it new social functions and making it accessible to people with disabilities, including the execution of: — new roof structure including covering – new ceilings above the ground floor and first floor, – insulation and dehydration of the building, – changes in the distribution of rooms, – new interior installations (water-channel, sanit., electric, CO, gas), – facade with reconstruction of architectural elements, – finishing works, – land development. — the equipment of the social part. The project will be implemented by the Beneficiary. The implementation will be carried out directly by a team composed of employees of the UM in Piława Górna, who have the appropriate experience and qualifications to guarantee the correct implementation of the project. It shall consist of: a. Insp. ds. Structural Funds – Coordination of the project of b. Insp. Recovery and Control – Financial clearance of project c. Insp. Construction and Zam. It’s a pub. — implementation of investments and public procurement Local and Trade Management – Monitoring of indicators and promotion in the project. As a result of the implementation of the project, the following will be created: 1. 18 new dwellings, including 1 without architectural barriers, 2. Common room with social and kitchen facilities with basic equipment, 3. The Chamber of Memory of the Moravian Brothers. (English)
