POWIAT LUBELSKI/POWIATOWY URZĄD PRACY W LUBLINIE

Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych poniżej 30 roku życia pozostających bez pracy, zarejestrowanych w Powiatowym Urzędzie Pracy w Lublinie oraz Filiach w Bełżycach i Bychawie jako bezrobotni, które nie uczestniczą w kształceniu i szkoleniu - tzw. młodzież NEET. w powiecie lubelskim. Wsparciem łącznie zostanie objętych 368 osób bezrobotnych poniżej 30 roku życia zakwalifikowanych do profilu pomocy I (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub profilu pomocy II (tzw. wymagający wsparcia), w tym 154 kobiet skorzysta ze wsparcia oferowanego w ramach projektu. Zgodnie z kryterium dostępu 129 osób (56K, 73M) będą stanowiły osoby długotrwale bezrobotne oraz 4 osoby będą to osoby niepełnosprawne. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie: - nabycie lub uzupełnienie doświadczenia zawodowego oraz praktycznych umiejętności w zakresie wykonywania zawodu, poprzez skierowanie 200 młodych osób bezrobotnych na staż; - nabycie, podwyższenie lub dostosowanie kompetencji i kwalifikacji, niezbędnych na rynku pracy w kontekście zidentyfikowanych potrzeb lokalnego rynku pracy poprzez skierowanie 86 młodych osób bezrobotnych na szkolenie, w tym 15 osób w ramach bonów szkoleniowych; - podjęcie samozatrudnienia poprzez udzielenie 72 młodym osobom bezrobotnych wsparcia w postaci jednorazowych środków na rozpoczęcie działalności gospodarczej; - podjęcie zatrudnienia subsydiowanego poprzez skierowanie 10 osób bezrobotnych do pracy w ramach prac interwencyjnych. W ramach projektu, doradca klienta przed przedstawieniem młodej osobie bezrobotnej konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej oferowanej w ramach projektu, określi umiejętności, predyspozycje i problemy zawodowe danego uczestnika, a następnie określi jakie są możliwości rozwiązania określonego problemu i pomoże wybrać odpowiednią formę wsparcia oferowaną w ramach projektu. The aim of the project is to increase the employability of young people under the age of 30 who are unemployed, registered in the Poviat Labour Office in Lublin and branches in Bełżyce and Bychaw as unemployed who do not participate in education and training – so-called NEETs in Lublin County. A total of 368 unemployed people under the age of 30 will be eligible for assistance profile I (so-called active unemployed) or assistance profile II (so-called “requiring support”), of which 154 women will benefit from the support offered by the project. According to the access criterion of 129 people (56K, 73M) will be long-term unemployed and 4 people will be disabled. The main result of the project will be: — the acquisition or complement of professional experience and practical skills in the field of occupation, by directing 200 young unemployed people to traineeships; — acquiring, increasing or adapting the skills and qualifications necessary for the labour market in the context of identified local labour market needs by directing 86 young unemployed people to training, including 15 in training vouchers; — taking up self-employment by providing support to 72 young unemployed people in the form of one-off funds for starting a business; — taking up subsidised employment by directing 10 unemployed people to work as part of intervention work. As part of the project, the client’s advisor will determine the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant concerned before presenting the young unemployed with a specific offer of professional activation offered by the project, and then determine the possibilities for solving a particular problem and help choose the appropriate form of support offered by the project.
