Celem projektu jest zapewnienie niezbędnych zasobów ludzkich tj.: utrzymanie wymaganych warunków pracy oraz poziomu zatrudnienia poprzez utrzymanie zatrudnienia wysoko wykwalifikowanych/kompetentnych pracowników w Ministerstwie Finansów zaangażowanych we wdrażanie polityki spójności w perspektywie finansowej POPT 2014-2020 oraz zamykanie poprzedniej perspektywy finansowej POPT 2007-2013. W ramach projektu finansowane są wynagrodzenia pracowników MF jako kontynuacja wsparcia finansowania wynagrodzeń w ramach POPT 2007-2013 celem zagwarantowania stabilności zatrudnienia w efektywnym realizowaniu polityki spójności w latach 2014-2020. The aim of the project is to provide the necessary human resources, i.e.: maintaining the required working conditions and the level of employment by maintaining highly qualified/competent employees in the Ministry of Finance involved in implementing cohesion policy in the financial perspective of POPT 2014-2020 and closing the previous financial perspective of POPT 2007-2013. The project finances the remuneration of IF staff as a continuation of support for the financing of wages under POPT 2007-2013 in order to guarantee the stability of employment in the effective implementation of cohesion policy 2014-2020.
