Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych do 29. roku życia bez pracy, w tym w szczególności osób, które nie uczestniczą w kształceniu i szkoleniu (młodzież NEET) w powiecie radomszczańskim. W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase the employability of young people up to 29 years of age without a job, including in particular those who do not participate in education and training (NEETs) in the Radomszczan district. As part of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will precede the analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant. On this basis, the PUP will implement appropriately selected labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. (English)
