POWIAT SEJNEŃSKI/POWIATOWY URZĄD PRACY W SEJNACH

Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych do 29 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie sejneńskim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez: -11 osób (z wyłączeniem osób: niepełnosprawnych, długotrwale bezrobotnych, o niskich kwalifikacjach), -1 osobę niepełnosprawną, -6 osoby długotrwale bezrobotne, -43 osób o niskich kwalifikacjach zarejestrowanych w PUP w Sejnach. W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby poniżej 30 roku życia zakwalifikowane do profilu pomocy: I (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub profilu II (tzw. wymagający wsparcia). W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników/czek przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP w Sejnach realizować będzie usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy zaplanowane w projekcie, zgodnie z ustawą o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase the employability of young people up to 29 years of age who are unemployed in the Sejny County. The main result of the project will be to take up employment by: —11 persons (excluding persons: disabled, long-term unemployed, low-skilled), -1 person with disabilities, -6 long-term unemployed, -43 low-skilled people registered with the PUP in Seine. The project will support people under the age of 30 who are qualified for the aid profile: I (so-called active unemployed) or profile II (so-called “requiring support”). Within the framework of the project, for each participant/wait, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will precede the analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant. On this basis, PUP in Sejna will implement labour market services and instruments planned in the project, in accordance with the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions.
