Celem projektu jest adaptacja zniszczonego i niefunkcjonalnego obiektu na nowoczesny i funkcjonalny magazyn studyjny, dzięki któremu możliwym będzie przechowywanie muzealiów ale również podjęcie nowatorskich działań kulturalnych i edukacyjnych. Przewidziane jest również wyposażenie budynku J w sprzęt niezbędny do prowadzenia działalności. Magazyn studyjny jest szansą dopełnienia publicznej misji muzeum poprzez uzupełnienie „jawnej” sfery działalności muzeum o przestrzeń, w którym goście muzeum mogliby uzupełnić swoją percepcję instytucji muzeum o jej funkcję gromadzenia, katalogowania, przechowywania oraz magazynowania zbiorów. Magazyn studyjny jako miejsce pracy edukacyjnej z gośćmi dzielił się będzie na dwie części. 1. Sala warsztatowa, ogólnodostępna, dla ok. 30 osób, z możliwością projekcji multimedialnej i pracy warsztatowej, z możliwością okazania w niej pojedynczego obiektu muzealnego grupie zwiedzających, lub innych przedmiotów (min. 60 m2), duża możliwość aranżacji pomieszczenia poprzez ustawienie mobilnych krzeseł i blatów, możliwość pracy „mokrej” (zlew). 2. Przestrzeń magazynowa, (zamknięta dla zwiedzających), oddzielona bezpieczną szybą od zwiedzających, z oświetleniem sterowanym z zewnątrz, z sali warsztatowej, wielostrefowym, pozwalającym na wyodrębnienie światłem konkretnych obiektów. W ramach publicznie dostępnego programu prowadzonego w magazynie studyjnym przewidziano 3 ścieżki edukacyjne: - problem muzealniczy (warsztat pozwala wniknąć w rdzeń instytucji muzeum, jakim jest gromadzenie zbiorów), -Problem konserwacji dzieła sztuki (warsztat pozwala dotknąć istotnej funkcji instytucji muzeum, jaką jest konserwacja zbiorów), - Problem opakowania (warsztat pozwala dotknąć ukrytego przed zwiedzającymi elementu opieki nad zbiorami w instytucji muzeum jakim jest tworzenie skrzyń magazynowych i/lub transportowych na dzieła sztuki). The aim of the project is to adapt the destroyed and non-functional facility to a modern and functional studio magazine, thanks to which it will be possible to store museums but also take innovative cultural and educational activities. It is also planned to equip building J with equipment necessary to conduct business. The studio magazine is an opportunity to complete the museum’s public mission by supplementing the “discreet” sphere of activity of the museum with a space in which visitors could complement their perception of the museum’s institution with its function of collecting, cataloging, storing and storing collections. The studio magazine as a place of educational work with the guests will be divided into two parts. 1. Workshop room, public access, for approx. 30 people, with the possibility of multimedia projection and workshop work, with the possibility of presenting a single museum object to a group of visitors, or other objects (min. 60 m²), a great possibility of arrangement of the room by setting up mobile chairs and countertops, possibility of “wet” work (conditioning). 2. Storage space (closed for visitors), separated by a safe window from the visitors, with lighting from the outside, from a workshop room, multi-zone, which allows the light of specific objects to be distinguished. As part of a publicly available programme conducted in the studio magazine, 3 educational paths are planned: — a museum problem (a workshop allows you to penetrate into the core of the museum institution, which is the collection of collections), – The problem of the preservation of the work of art (the workshop allows you to touch the important function of the museum institution, which is the preservation of the collections), – The problem of packaging (the workshop allows you to touch the part of the care of the museum’s collections hidden from visitors, which is the creation of storage and/or transport boxes for works of art).
