Na profesjonalny proces projektowy złożą się następujące fazy: - diagnoza mająca na celu weryfikację potencjału Wnioskodawcy do realizacji projektu oraz analizę otoczenia rynkowego pod kątem zasadności realizacji nowego projektu wzorniczego w postaci platformy giełdy transportowej - określenie strategii działań niezbędnych do opracowania nowego projektu platformy, w tym opracowania założeń do briefu projektowego oraz określenie założeń projektowych - tworzenie rozwiązań, prototypowania i testowanie obejmujące opracowanie projektów oraz prototypów platformy i przeprowadzenie niezbędnych testów Wnioskodawca we własnym zakresie dokonał wstępnego audytu (diagnozy) ale w realizacji kolejnych etapów niezbędny jest zakup profesjonalnych usług projektowych. W ramach projektu Wnioskodawca planuje również zrealizować inwestycje niezbędne do wdrożenia nowej usługi obejmujące zakup środków trwałych i wartości niematerialnych i prawnych. (Polish)

Reference number of the aid programme: SA.42799(2015/X), intended for public aid: Article 28 of Commission Regulation No 651/2014; help_de_minimis: §42 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Infrastructure and Development of 10 July 2015 on the granting by the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development financial assistance under the Operational Programme Intelligent Development 2014-2020. The professional design process will consist of the following phases: — a diagnosis aimed at verifying the potential of the Applicant to implement the project and to analyse the market environment in terms of the legitimacy of the new design project in the form of a transport exchange platform – defining strategies of actions necessary to develop a new project of the platform, including the development of assumptions for the project brief and defining project assumptions – creating solutions, prototyping and testing including the development of projects and prototypes of the platform and carrying out the necessary tests. As part of the project, the applicant also plans to carry out the investments necessary for the implementation of a new service involving the purchase of fixed and intangible assets. (English)
