„Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.42799(2015/X), przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 28 rozporządzenia Komisji nr 651/2014”Przedmiotem projektu jest zakup usług doradczych, wspierających opracowanie i wdrożenie innowacji procesowej pn. "Innowacyjna metoda wykorzystania urządzeń CNC do przekształcania odpadów poligraficznych w produkty" oraz innowacji produktowej pn. "Ekologiczne cele dla strzelectwa sportowego". Projekt przewiduje realizację wszystkich 17 (siedemnastu) usług doradczych w zakresie innowacji w rozumieniu art. 2 pkt 94 rozp. KE nr 651/2014. Celem projektu jest pozyskanie wiedzy eksperckiej w zakresie strategicznych obszarów działalności związanych z wdrożeniem innowacji. Aktualnie przedsiębiorstwo zajmuje się produkcją wykrojników poligraficznych. W wyniku obróbki surowca (sklejki drewnianej) powstaje odpad, którego nie można zagospodarować inaczej niż poprzez składowanie (warstwy kleju czynią go potencjalnie niebezpiecznym i nie podlegającym utylizacji termicznej). Zarząd Spółki podjął działania mające na celu redukcję ilości odpadów poprzez tzw. „upcycling”, czyli formę przetwarzania, w wyniku której powstają produkty o wartości wyższej niż przetwarzane surowce. W efekcie stworzono proces technologiczny pozwalający na wytwarzanie nowych produktów - celów treningowych dla strzelectwa i akcesoriów używanych w obiektach sportowych. Niektóre z nich zostały objęte ochroną prawną (zastrzeżenie wzoru użytkowego i zgłoszenie patentowe nr P.420861). Zakupione usługi pozwolą m.in. na opracowanie kierunków rozwoju spółki, analizę warunków ekonomicznych i ryzyka ekonomicznego, modelowanie procesów biznesowych, przeprowadzenie testów technologicznych i wykonanie wersji prototypowych nowych produktów. Wymiernym wynikiem projektu będzie wprowadzenie w przedsiębiorstwie innowacyjnego procesu produkcyjnego oraz opracowanie i wdrożenie na rynek nowych produktów dla sportów strzeleckich, wytwarzanych z odpadów poligraficznych. ‘Aid programme reference number: SA.42799(2015/X), intended for public aid: Article 28 of Commission Regulation No 651/2014"The object of the project is the purchase of advisory services in support of the development and implementation of process innovation “Innovative method of using CNC equipment to convert printing waste into products” and product innovation Bn. “Ecological targets for sport shooting”. The project envisages the implementation of all 17 (seventeen) innovation advisory services within the meaning of point 94 of Article 2. EC No 651/2014. The aim of the project is to acquire expertise in strategic areas of activity related to the implementation of innovation. The company is currently involved in the production of printing machines. The treatment of raw material (wood plywood) produces waste that cannot be managed otherwise than through storage (the adhesive layers make it potentially hazardous and not thermally disposed of). The Management Board of the Company has undertaken actions aimed at reducing the amount of waste through the so-called. ‘Upcycling’, i.e. a form of processing which produces products with a value higher than the raw materials processed. As a result, a technological process was created allowing the production of new products – training targets for shooting and accessories used in sports facilities. Some of them have been protected by legal protection (design reservation and patent application P.420861). The purchased services will allow, among others, to develop the directions of the company’s development, analyse economic conditions and economic risks, model business processes, conduct technological tests and make prototype versions of new products. A measurable result of the project will be the introduction of an innovative production process in the company and the development and implementation of new products for shooting sports produced from printing waste.
