    Projekt má za cíl celkovou efektivnost MěÚ Dobříš, prostřednictvím strateg., proces. a personál. rozvoje. V projektu se prolínají a na sebe navazují 3 základní aktivity, a to tvorba strategických dokumentů, rozvoj metody kvality MA21 a vzdělávání. Zároveň dojde ke sdílení zkušeností a dobré praxe se zástupci obcí v ORP. Dojde ke změně úřadu jak uvnitř, tak i navenek pro zdravý růst města a spokojené občany. Výstupem bude 80 zapojených osob, 5 vytvořených dokumentů a získání vyšší kategorie MA21. (Czech)

    The project aims at the overall efficiency of MěÚ Dobříš, through strateg., process. and staff. development. The project blends together with 3 basic activities, namely the creation of strategic documents, the development of the MA21 quality method and education. At the same time, experience and good practice will be shared with representatives of municipalities in the ORP. There will be a change of office both inside and outside for the healthy growth of the city and satisfied citizens. The output will be 80 people involved, 5 created documents and obtaining a higher MA21 category. (English)
